I normally don’t take the time to write reviews, but I really wanted to recognize the great experience I had at Le Méridien. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and the service was excellent. A special thank you to **Darla at the front desk**, who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, made sure I knew about the hotel shuttle so I could get to my destination safely, and even recommended some great local places to eat. It was the little details and the genuine care that really stood out. Darla was professional, friendly, and made me feel well taken care of from the start. Thank you to the entire Le Méridien team for a wonderful stay. I would definitely return!

First off let me say my experience here was 10/10. This was my first time in Houston and Darla at the front desk? She is the truth. OUTSTANDING customer service! I called ahead to see if we could do early check in and she reached out to confirm. She also made wonderful recommendations in the city for us to try. On top of that her vibe was really welcoming and I just knew I was going to enjoy my time. The restaurant had good food, the rooftop bar was a party the whole weekend. I would 1000% come back here on my next visit. Thank you to this hotels awesome team. I won't forget this!

My husband and I stayed there just for one night but it was sooo worth it! From valet, to checking in to checking out! It was effortlessly! Our room was amazing and top notch! We will return for sure❤️

The property is very nice. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfy. We came to see a rockets game and the stadium is a quick 10 min walk away. There are also lots of restaurants within the area. My only issue is I’m a Marriott bonvoy member and they sent an email asking if I wanted To check in early and at what time. Our flight came in very early and we arrived at the hotel around 10am and I knew The room wouldn’t be ready they took our name and told us they would call. We came back a little after 12pm and the room was not ready. They had no idea and couldn’t give an estimate. We didn’t get in until 20 min before the check in time and that’s because I had my sister to see what was taking so long. We had seen other people check in but never received a call. I was a little disappointed with that.

Excellent service and really clean rooms. The restaurant downstairs can be a bit understaffed, but the rooftop bar makes up for it. Rooms are spacious, and well set up. We will be back.

Houston is just one of those cities where it is very hard finding a hotel that’s worth what you pay for. After staying at several 4-5 star hotels in Houston that did not provide the quality of service paid for, I can finally say I’ve found a great hotel and that is Le Méridien. I stayed for 3 days and my experience was wonderful. The restaurant is upscale but not posh in a way that makes you feel uncomfortable. The ambience is warm and comfortable. They charge a refundable deposit of $100 upon check in but most hotels do this. Upon arrival you will be met by valet. Check in is on the 2nd floor and I was greeted by friendly front desk staff that checked me in. My hotel room was clean and I noticed how eco-conscious this hotel is. The lights are dimmed in the suite but that’s because enough sunlight will come in from the unit so no need for too much light (reserving energy). They provide just the right amount of supplies so nothing goes to waste. Request for toothbrush and any additional things needed and they will gladly provide it. Location is perfect as it is in downtown Houston so many restaurant options. I will definitely be coming back.
