This was my first and last visit to this establishment. I placed an online order during my one-hour lunch break and received a notification stating that my order was ready just two minutes before I arrived. Once I got there, I spoke with a hostess who took my name and informed me that my order was not ready. I waited an additional 30 minutes, only to eventually be told that my order had mistakenly been given to another customer. What was most disappointing was that, even after they realized the mistake was on their end, there was no real effort made to correct the situation or make things right. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles those mistakes says a lot about how it values its customers. Despite ordering ahead of time. I spent my entire lunch break waiting for my order. When you spend money at a establishment, you expect a reasonable level of customer service. Unfortunately, this experience was unacceptable. This is not the way customers who spend their hard-earned money and support your business should be treated.

One of the best Persian grills in town. Excellent friendly service with absolutely good quality meat cooked to perfection. Returning back and this place quality and service didn’t change! Consistent quality, amazing food and super friendly service.

Been here a couple times but today (9-6-2026) will be the last time! I’ve never experienced being stereotyped so bad until today. I am a black man with a beautiful Latina woman coming here to enjoy a meal right until 2 servers argued in whatever language they speak right in front of us about who’s gonna take care of us. The busboy/food expo (who shouldn’t be serving tables) actually came and took our order. I decided not to eat a damn thing from here especially with folks spitting in colored peoples food here lately at local restaurants. Big thank you to the guy that decided to take care of us…to whoever checks these reviews he is the gentleman with colorful tattoos hazel eyes….Luis 🫡 He is cool….but screw those 2 servers that walked passed us several times in heated tones looking at us like we don’t know what’s going on. I’ll gladly go spend less somewhere else for better treatment…..EVEN IF THE FOOD IS WORSE!! Never coming here again

I've been there several times, everything was great. Today was disappointing. No one to seat us, later no one to take order. Finally when the food came everything tasted different, all the meat and chicken was dry and overcooked. One of the dishes was lamb tenderloin supposedly, it was so tough it couldn't be cut, very very dry and chewy, I don't believe it was tenderloin.. all the food had no flavor. Again, the other times everything was great. I don't know what went wrong today

Good spot for some Persian grilled food. The restaurant is quite spacious and is decorated pretty nicely which definitely enhances the experience. We went with a large group and while we had to wait a long time, they were able to accommodate us. The service is pretty friendly. We got a bunch of meat items for both beef and chicken and they were generally pretty good. The rice is quite bland however and the absence of sauces make it even drier.

This is the best Persian restaurant in Houston. The food is so good. I love the bread, hummus, eggplant dip, and the stews. It is a must to add lamb shank to any stew. Lamb shank is expertly handled. There is minimal gamey taste. I have been to a lot of Persian places in the US, and no one holds a candle compared to Kasra.

Wow, where to start! The lentil soup and the hummus appetizers were the best I've had. The waiter, Christopher, assured that the hummus was the best ever made, he was totally correct! Also his table presence was very informative. The lamb shank with basmati rice, and beef with basmati rice were mouth watering and very flavorful. And for dessert, baklava and pistachio ice cream were the cherry on top. Definitely recommend this fine establishment. And will add this place as one my favorite restaurants. Rarely do leave a five Star rating.
