We got married at the Crystal Ballroom. When we did the tour we felt so at ease with the staff and the fact that we would not need a wedding planner because the awesome ladies in charge had it all under control.
We loved all the character, the food tasting was great and all in all everything turned out perfectly.
The reason I am giving it four stars is because there were many staff changes during the year and a half that we were engaged. Our main point of contact left and was replaced by two other people. The original point of contact had AMAZING customer service and would respond right away whereas the new people did not respond for MANY days, and we were not even formally told of the new people taking over so it was very confusing at first who we were communicating with. I also found out later that the person who helped with our wedding was leaving, so our wedding was the last one he was doing. It makes sense why it did not seem like his heart was in it.
We were told many times we would not need a day of coordinator (this was told to us by the original point of contact), in hindsight I am not sure if I would have done anything differently. I am glad we did not have to spend the extra money, but there were some aspects on the day of that did not go smoothly-- that I am not sure if a coordinator could have noticed and fixed or if it would have happened regardless and hopefully things only us as behind the scenes people would notice/remember.
Overall we are very happy we did our wedding here! It holds a lot of people, it was well priced and the pictures you can get are just stunning!
