Hi, I came here to say how amazing tje service was at the hotel .
I had a great experience since the beginning with Pertrece . She was at front desk , had a big smile and held me and my husband immediately.
Then we met Carlos the Bellman, not only he had this happiness all over him but explained to us where everything was at the hotel. We later asked for recommendations for food and drinks and told us about several places in the city which we tried 2 of them and we had a great time.
Def will be staying at blossom next time we visit Houston again!! Ty guys

I stayed here while in town for an appointment at MD Anderson Cancer Center, and the experience exceeded my expectations in every way.
From the moment I arrived to the time I checked out, the level of service was outstanding. Every interaction felt intentional — from the front desk to the bell staff, the restaurant team, the café, and the rooftop bar. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely considerate. Even as I came and went throughout my stay, the staff consistently made sure I had everything I needed.
Traveling alone for a medical visit can feel overwhelming, but here I felt comfortable, supported, and at ease in a way that truly made a difference.

The hotel itself is also beautifully designed. The overall aesthetic is elegant and thoughtfully curated, and the rooms are spotless and well-maintained.

I want to give special recognition to Markus at the front desk — his professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. He made sure everything went smoothly and added a personal touch that I really appreciated.

I’d also like to thank Carlos, who took the time to walk me through the hotel’s amenities, from the shuttle service to the discounts available for patients at MD Anderson when booking directly through Hilton rather than third-party sites. His guidance was incredibly helpful and reflects the high level of hospitality throughout the property.

I left feeling cared for, relaxed, and genuinely thankful for the experience. For anyone looking for a place that combines comfort, quality service, and a warm atmosphere, I would highly recommend it. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Clean and beautiful hotel.
Quiet stay.
Convenient walking distance to MD Anderson.
Spa was awesome.
Good drinks at the bar.
Friendly staff.
Valet parking gated and secure.
Complimentary shuttle wasn’t always accurate with estimating time and availability but it was definitely nice to have; just don’t be on a strict timeline or in a hurry.
Would definitely recommend to others.

Quite possibly one of the worst stays I've ever experience with a Curio Collection hotel. I was originally checked in from April 13 to April 22 but I had to checked out early on April 18 because I could not deal with the quality of service anymore. First day was good, check-in with Shiv was easy and great so I had high expectations. However, as the days went on, everything went downhill. There was only one hook in the shower and that broke the first night. It took them THREE days to fix it and I had to remind them twice. Housekeeping returned dirty towels that were on the floor back on my shelf, I found out because it had makeup stains.

The service at breakfast is great but the food stays the same. For an extended stay, this is completely unacceptable and not worth almost $29+

The valet service is what makes me mad the most. There is NO SERVICE. I constantly had to wait for 10-20 minutes pulling in to drop off my car or picking up my car. They don't help you out. And the worst part? It's $49 per night, insane!

I would stay somewhere else. Don't waste your money here, there are better Curio Collections around or even as simple as the Home2Suites by the Medical Center is better than this hotel. They want to overprice everything because it's curio collection but th quality and service does not exist. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. Do not stay here. Terribly overpriced valet parking. 50 dollars a night is crazy. Ive seen better rates in midtown NYC!! The valet guy was rude and disrespectful. Completely disinterested. The people at the front desk are cold and unwelcoming. Lacks basic amenities like a microwave in the room. Wish i could give it zero stars. They entice you with brands like dyson and peloton but the reality is this hotel really has no substance. The service is terrible. The rooms look bougie but dont make up for everything else. Complete waste of money.

Blossom is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff. The staff is gracious and very professional. The rooms are clean and up to date. The beds are comfortable. The internet is very good. We usually order room service due to traveling and doctors appointments all day and it is a pleasant experience. The staff is prompt and professional. The shower is good also with great water pressure. The valet staff are wonderful. They take us to and from the doctor appointments. We love the experience at The Blossom.

I spent my birthday weekend at the Blossom hotel and it was a great experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very beautiful and in a convenient spot away from the airport and restaurants. However, there were a few minor inconveniences. I booked for 2 nights in a king suite for myself and company. However, upon arrival I was informed that there weren’t any available even though I made the reservation a month in advance. Our room was very clean and very pretty. We grabbed food for that night and had a few leftovers. Naturally, we want to reheat our food the next day, but we realized there wasn’t a microwave in the room. Which we thought was a little different. There’s ONE, but it’s in the laundry room on the second floor. After coming back from our activities, we did have fresh linen towels and washcloths. My washcloth in particular had a hole in it which I didn’t until mid scrub as the rag disintegrated. Again, these were minor inconveniences but some I wouldn’t expect from a hotel like the blossom.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. They provide a complimentary car service that will take you up to three miles from the hotel. Service was quick and everyone was personable and professional. I was able to check in early without any mishaps. The main entrance and rooms are gorgeous - it wasn't until the last day that I realized how good the lighting was in the hotel room. I'm also a sucker for anything pink and there were a few pink chairs in the main lounge. The bathroom was clean, sleek, and modern. I look forward to visiting Houston again and this will be my preferred hotel each time.
