An unusual custom for a restaurant. You have to find waiters to take your order. Three times they came to ask to take your order. The quality hasn't been assessed yet.

They messed up the order 3 times for my steak and brought the sides after everyone was done eating. This was for the prefix menu!!! And it took over 2 hours to get the food!

We visited The Palm with a large party to celebrate a special occasion, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Our reservation was at 7:00 p.m., but our food did not arrive until almost 9:30 p.m. A nearly three-hour wait for dinner is simply unacceptable, especially at a restaurant of this caliber. Several of us ordered the lobster bisque, which arrived cold and was extremely salty. To the server’s credit, it was replaced with a beef soup that was at least served hot, although it was not what I originally ordered. We also requested bread several times before it was finally brought to the table, and unfortunately, it was cold as well. Something as simple as providing bread should not require repeated requests. The staff apologized for the slow service, which I appreciated, but an apology does not make up for the excessive wait and disappointing food. When you choose a restaurant like The Palm for a special celebration, you expect quality food, attentive service, and an enjoyable dining experience. Unfortunately, that was not our experience tonight. I understand that restaurants can have challenging evenings, particularly with large parties, but a reservation should mean that the restaurant is prepared to accommodate its guests. We expected much better.

Nice atmosphere. Drinks were good. Food was was OK. Chicken parmigiana was the best thing-huge portion. The spaghetti was a little hard. Nothing spectacular but, just ok. Filet mignon was also ok-have had better. Chilean sea bass was very fishy and the risotto was salty. Paired together cut out the fishiness of the bass and the saltiness of the risotto. Wagyu pappardelle was a huge portion but again, nothing spectacular. Ordered three sides, but they did not come out with the main courses. Came out approximately 10 minutes later. This place is not for us and we would not come back.

Recently went to Palm for Dinner. Everything was good, expensive, but good. My major complaint was with the Tomahawk steak. The steak was sold as a 33oz. Tomahawk for $129. The issue was that it was more than 11oz. of bone (see photo attached)! This resulted in the meat of only 22 ounces. This is $6 per oz. or $96 per lb. Compared to your Prime boneless ribeye which is $4 per lb. World's most expensive bone! Also, did not like that the meat was served already cut from the bone so really didn't even know if I received the entire 22oz., serving looked way less.

We had a private room here for a large group. The service was spot on. The food was exactly what you would expect at this price point. A very nice experience

Incredible meal, I had scallops and they were so amazing. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. The lobster bisque is one of the best I’ve ever had. Our server was extremely attentive and treated us well. We had a wonderful time, everyone’s steak was delicious and all enjoyed.

My wife and I went to the Palm for our 31st Wedding Anniversary. We had 3lb lobster half's, and asparagus. The lobster 🦞 was delicious all the way from the waters of Nova Scotia Canada water. The service was excellent. Kiley and Anthony were absolutely fabulous with their service. The GM showed us around and gave us the history of the Palm. The atmosphere was warm and very inviting.

Great experience, great food, and great service. Went there for dinner last night and they were 100% on everything from service to food and everything in between. Even the valet guy was great beginning and end. Was greeted by Tony, who sat us and continually checked with us throughout our evening. And as a pleasant surprise, got to see big Jim, who was over at the Westheimer location for like 30 years. Our waiter Ramon was prompt in bringing us water and bread prior to ordering. Starting with the food, we ordered as appetizers, the meatball and the bacon appetizer. Both were amazing. The meatball was tender and flavorful, and that thick cut bacon was wonderful. For our main course, we ordered a 4 pound female, lobster, chicken Parmesan, spaghetti with oil and garlic, and some creamed spinach. We of course, had to take some home with us. The lobster was just amazing. Probably the best in all OF HOUSTON. And for 4 pounds, I thought it to be reasonably priced. The chicken Parmesan also probably the best in Houston. Was wonderful last night and every time I’ve ever had it there. The pasta was al dente and perfectly cooked. The cream spinach is also some of the best that I’ve had in Houston. For dessert we had the cheesecake which was also excellent. Our waiter Ramon was attentive and always there when we needed him. Also, when the lobster was brought I cannot remember the waiter’s name, but he did a great job of cracking the majority of it so it was easy to navigate on the plate. At the end of the evening on our way out, Tony was kind enough to give us a tour of the entire restaurant. It is deceivingly large. He showed us through each of the private rooms which have a different theme and we were extremely impressed. And as a bonus, the GM, Brian sent us a thank you email the following morning. You don’t see that with the restaurants these days. Very impressed. Can 100% recommend the PALM HOUSTON for their food and their service and just an overall wonderful experience. And again they have the best lobster in all OF HOUSTON. We will be back.

We were seated promptly and took our appetizers and drinks order in a very timely order. Few minutes after the arrival of the appetizers and drinks we ordered our food. I got a fillet medium rare, lobster bisque and already knew my dessert which was NY Cheesecake with Raspberry Syrup. Bisque arrived first and it was the right temperature and delicious and then came the Fillet. It was medium rare and succulent and delicious. The cheesecake was also great! Great Ambiance and service. No complaints there!

The bride and I celebrated our anniversary at “The Palm” and couldn’t have been happier! Our server Tony was wonderful and even the valet staff enhanced the experience. The food was great and the portions generous - leftovers for days! Will be back.
