I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible experience at The Moran hotel’s New Year’s party! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality that instantly made us feel at home.

The food was outstanding—every dish was a delightful treat for the senses, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. It was truly a culinary journey that set the perfect tone for the evening.

The service was exceptional. Every staff member was attentive, friendly, and eager to ensure we had everything we needed for a memorable night. Their genuine smiles and helpfulness really made a difference.

The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the live band. They were absolutely fantastic! Their energy was contagious, and we found ourselves dancing all night long, enjoying every beat and note. The atmosphere was electric, filled with laughter and joy as we celebrated the arrival of 2025.

Thank you, The Moran hotel, for making this New Year's celebration so special. You helped us create beautiful memories that we will cherish for years to come. Here’s to many more fabulous gatherings in the future!

We have never been to this hotel before and Sergio and Jacob made us feel very welcome. Sergio showed us several rooms to show us the options that we have. He provided excellent customer service and answered all of our questions with a smile. Jacob was the first one to greet us and he provided excellent Customer service as well!! These two guys definitely deserve a raise!! Thank you Sergio And Jacob! We will definitely be back!

Wow!! Sergio And Jacob are absolutely amazinggggggg!!!! We want to live in this Hotel bc of them!!! This hotel is so Beautiful! The rooms are gorgeous and very clean!! Sergio gave us top tier service and allowed us to view the rooms before booking! We are from Louisiana and we will choose Moran City Centre from now on!! Thank you so much Sergio for the great and most helpful service and thank you Jacob as well!! We appreciate the outstanding customer service!!

I have stayed there for months while waiting for my house community to be remediated. The hotel is clean and very convenient to restaurants, stores and Lifetime. Steven, the GM, has done a great job in selecting his team, especially the front desk, restaurant staff, valet and maintenance. The staff there is very friendly and caring, particularly Juan, Valentina and Ryan at the front desk, and Umpara, Christian and Patti at the restaurant. There are other names that I can't remember that also deserve recognition. I highly recommend this hotel.

I booked the Moran for myself and my wedding guests who flew into Houston from out of town, and could not be happier with the results:

-The valet staff were so friendly, and made my out-of-town guests feel extremely welcome. *Polo*, from Valet Services, went above and beyond in welcoming my family and always ensuring that their needs were taken care of. Thank you, Polo - you are the best!
-Seamless, thoughtful room booking blocks with *Celeste Tidwell*, who ensured that our entire event went perfectly. Celeste gave me a thorough walk-through of each room option, helped upgrade my bridal suite, showed me what the photography options for the day-of (within Moran) would look like, and kept me up-to-date as each guest booked parts of our room block. She accommodated special requests and even went the extra mile of having the bridal party's breakfast delivered to us the morning of so that we had one less thing to worry about!
-We booked 2 penthouse suites for our getting ready photos and for the bridal/groomsmen party. They were so spacious, clean, and beautiful, which translated to our wedding photos.
-The front desk staff were so courteous and ensured our welcome bags were given to all guests. Special shout-out to *Ryan* for his exceptional service!

10/10 would recommend for a special event, and our guests couldn't stop raving about the perfect location in City Center (especially those who don't drive!)
