Having a mandatory “gratuity charge” is ridiculous in itself, but continuing to include a separate tip line on the receipt makes it even worse. A customer who doesn’t realize a gratuity has already been added could easily leave an additional tip without understanding that they’re effectively tipping twice. There’s a difference between allowing customers to show appreciation for good service and creating a situation where they may unknowingly pay more than intended. This kind of practice is misleading, and could take advantage of any confusion surrounding tipping. Predatory tipping practices like this should not be normalized or tolerated. Pay your staff better.

Not a place good for children. Grand total was over $100 for me and my wife. We watched a move and had a few beers. The material in the seat was cracked and broken. The bathrooms were beautiful. The staff was temperamental

Our book club has rented out the Audrey Room for private screenings three times. Always a pleasure. The staff is great and dont get me started on the food. My family of 5 come to this location as well and we can never pick one item. We pick several and share because the food is so good! My favorite is the chicken and waffles with spicy honey

I would really give it a 4.8 since the sodas are $10, but seats are great and food is tasty. The place is well-kempt and has pretty decor. Espresso petronum was a yummy drink.

Very spacious seats, very clean theatre.. Good menu of food and drinks, service to your seat inside the theater room.

Very nice and well-maintained cinema. I was told they were short staffed so the food would take an hour to arrive which I didn’t mind. The food ended up coming out fast, but the drinks took an hour. My kids were so thirsty. We all would have preferred if we got the drinks first or with the food. So 1 star is deducted for the extremely slow drinks. Other than that, we enjoyed ourselves.

The theater is very impressive and very upscale. Unfortunately, the service wasn't. Anytime the wait staff had to walk by to take an order or talk to a patron they would stand and fully block your view of the screen and would also speak in full volume voice. Thie was extremely distracting and frustrating. Overall everything was great, just feel the service could be better.

Excellent location! Service is great! Full bar and kitchen with a great variety to choose from on the menu. We especially enjoy the premium box seats. Handicap access and seating, family bathroom available, full bar, quaint dining area. The atmosphere is calm and visually pleasing. Weekday crowd is at a minimum, perfect for those who prefer to avoid crowds.
