Great value for what they offer! I love their wine flight options and the fact that they have gluten free bread and crackers! Great for a girls night or a date!

I just hosted my baby shower here. We had about 30 attendees. The owner was very responsive on questions and provided great ideas and feedback. Day of the event ran so smoothly, everything was taken care of. The food spread was beautiful and delicious, the wine and drinks options were various, and the location itself required very few decorations to make the space feel special for the baby shower. The owner even helped coordinate day of with cake delivery and lent us a cake stand for display. The staff were friendly and very attentive making sure everyone had a drink and plates were bussed quickly preventing any clutter or build up. They were also amazing helping us get everything setup including decorations, a bouquet bar, and provided ideas for how best to utilize the space. Overall, the event was so seamless, everyone had an amazing time and raved about the venue and food, and it took so much stress off my hosts from needing to worry about restocking food and drinks. 10/10 would plan another event here!

I went to a poorly attended and run event today. (No fault of Sonoma Wine & Cheese). It was obvious the hostess didn’t particularly care for me-even though I’m ready to move yesterday. HOWEVER, Taylor (I think that’s her name) was amazing. She was very hospitable, kind, and carries a natural presence of light in the room. I used to go to the Sonoma on Kirby and Richmond before it closed and hosted a bachelorette party there maybe 20 years ago? Everything has always been amazing, but today was even more delightful because of Ms. Taylor! I can’t wait to visit again and to host some parties here! Yes, Taylor made such an enormous impression on me! If this helps, I am a hospitality consultant and have an undergraduate degree in hospitality management. I’m hard to please! Thank you Taylor and Sonoma Wine & Cheese - Garden Oaks!

It was a lovely experience. Enjoyed a delicious charcuterie board and sampled some wines the sommelier had selected based on my tastes. All the wine samples were delicious. Our server was extremely attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Will definitely visit again soon!

Love this space! I’ve had the joy of collaborating with some awesome yoga instructors from InfiniteU for some Yoga & Prosecco events here that have been simply amazing. Fantastic vibes and service, along with the best wines and bites! Can’t wait to play again! 🙏❤️🎸

This new location definitely does have a different feel compared to the old Heights location but I like it! It strikes a delicate balance between modern but still warm & completely comfortable. All of the staff I have experienced are knowledgeable, friendly, & provide just the right amount attentiveness. We've been in with as many as eight people at a time and everyone has always found a glass, flight, or bottle of wine they've enjoyed. All of the food I've tried has been first to last bite delicious! The blue cheese & apple crostini and El Rey flatbread are favorites. They also offer 30-40% discounts for take-away bottles.
