Great spot for Asian fusion. The dumplings were fresh and the ambiance is very relaxing. Only downside was the wait time on a Saturday night, but the food was worth it.

Perfect dinner experience! Everything from the tea to the main courses was delicious. The staff made us feel welcome and the prices are very reasonable. Will definitely return.

Bartender was rude right after we had just purchased drinks. There was no miscommunication. He basically came over after we purchased drinks and sat down and demanded that we remove our feet from a very low table and then called us “disgusting” and “nasty.” for resting our legs on the lower table After being spoken to like that, yes, we put our feet back up. At that point, we didn’t care about respecting an establishment whose employee thought it was appropriate to ridicule paying customers. He could have simply said, “Please remove your feet from the table,” stop there or not called us nasty and disgusting unnecessarily, and we would have complied happily without being insulted. The way he reacted, you would’ve thought this little table was some prestigious dining surface they eat off of—or I assume snort something off of the way they were acting cracked out It wasn’t even a normal-height eating table. You’d have to be hunched completely looking like a savage over trying to ‘eat’ off of a ‘table’ that short. Calling customers “nasty” over resting their legs there was completely unnecessary. What made it even more ridiculous was that the bartender was outside from behind the bar talking and gossiping with his friends while the place was basically empty. I understand wanting to chitchat with your friends, but if you’re going to suddenly become serious about enforcing the rules, maybe act like you’re working instead of another patron. Afterward, who I assume were the bartender’s regulars or friends—none of whom appeared to be working there besides setting up a laptop to I assume use free Wi-Fi like a bum kept looking over at us like they were trying to intimidate us while wearing sunglasses in the dead of night. It wasn’t intimidating; it looked ridiculous. So silly who wears glasses at night when there’s no lights being flashed anywhere it’s not like this was a club with beaming lights Don’t worry, we definitely won’t be back. The entire atmosphere was weird and unnecessarily hostile. Considering how defensive everyone was over their prestigious little table, maybe they have some other use for it. Either way, what was actually “nasty” was the way paying customers were spoken to also they acted so prestigious when there was literally dog poop on the grass from somebody walking by on the way out from the apartments in the vicinity, not outside of it that’s actually disgusting

Drinks were average at an expensive price of $23 a drink with mandatory tip. Two drinks were $46. Not Vegas.

First time here and I had good experience. This is a cute open bar, garden style with a cozy atmosphere. The weather was little cold but they have heaters and we were comfortable. I really liked their drinks, the margarita was 🤌🏼🤌🏼 My girlfriend celebrated her birthday here and there was plenty of room for all the guests. The energy was good and at 11 the DJ showed up and the party started. Downside, it’s downtown and we came across many homeless people, and parking can be tricky. I would say that if you don’t know where is at, you can literally walk be and miss it! Most of the guests had the same experience. Over ya good spot for a good time

Soho Garden is such a cute hidden spot right outside Bravery Hall. ✨ If you’re looking for a place to grab a drink and get some super insta-worthy photos, this is it. They have a full bar, tons of cozy outdoor seating, and the whole area is decorated with neon lights, florals, and even seasonal touches like Christmas trees. It honestly feels like a little garden escape in the middle of downtown Houston. Perfect for: 🌸 Girls night 📸 Photo ops 🍹 Pre-dinner drinks ✨ Aesthetic vibes The butterfly neon wall was my favorite it photographs beautifully and makes your feed pop. The whole spot has that dreamy purple glow at night that just makes everything look better. If you’re already at Bravery Hall, definitely step outside and check it out!

The location is outstanding and the service is great. The cocktails are absolutely phenomenal. Decorations are truly walled garden give me ultra lounge by with a twisted to something uniquely giving out Houston vibes. Is perfect for Instagram. How old is David was designed for it. God damn it. They have napkins and water on demand at the bar top. Definitely stop in if you're a local or visiting from out of town.

Went on a Saturday night with a couple other people. The ambiance was nice; I enjoyed the decoration and the nicely lit tables and small fire pits. I had a mezcal spicy cocktail and it was perfect! Pricey, but it was well done. The DJ was great, really good house music ( not the techno or commercial stuff most places play these days). No one was dancing though, except myself and a couple other people. They are connected to an indoor food hall, which had good evening appetizers; sushi, pho, chicken tenders, etc. Restrooms were clean. I would definitely go back.

We had our engagement party here on Saturday! Fabio, Johnathan, and the whole bar staff were incredible! We received so many compliments from our guest on the atmosphere, drinks and vibes! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate!

I came across this place while taking a walk in downtown, the scenery caught my attention and I decided to stop in. The drinks are to die for and the atmosphere is beautiful, definitely go during happy hour unless you want to spend about 20$ a drink.

First visit Friday night. Parking is $20 unless you find a spot on the street. Located on Main St. A hidden treasure, once you enter, you're greeted with flowers and colors on a patio(great for photos & selfies). Adequate seating outdoor seating. The bar is central and serves the cutest refreshing drinks starting at $14 and up. Nice 🎶 🎵 playing. In the back of the patio, you can find a restaurant serving oysters, the best chowder and fish n chips (fish was under cooked🤨😖) overall 5 🌟 for atmosphere, decorative & drinks! Yes, I would visit again.

I’ve been coming to Soho Garden formally known as Secret Garden for a couple years. I cannot say enough good things about this amazing bar. The drinks have been the most consistent out of any bar in Houston and they always have a new menu with fun drinks that taste amazing. They can make anything you want. They have great mixologists! This ambience is phenomenal, it’s always well-maintained and the staff is quick to service and help any customers. It feels like you’re in a garden with all the flowers and beautiful decor. I recently had an event at this location and couldn’t have asked for a better venue to have my wedding at. Thank you Soho Garden! Definitely coming back and referring friends and others to host events here! They can easily fit 80 people comfortably for private events.
