good food definitely on the expensive side. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone planning on coming in a party. It’s extremely hard to do anything regarding splitting checks. The gratuity fee is 20% and it’s extremely difficult to make those payments afterwards. Food portions are kind of small I will say the meat. it’s hard to navigate down here. Also, it’s in a hotel I think but it’s a very beautiful place and overall good experience. It just was very hectic for my homecoming experience. food took an hour to get there, which is probably the most disappointing part.

Johnny and Keira were so attentive and helpful. They suggested the Lobster Spaghetti and I’m so glad they did, it was 10/10!!!!!

Food: Ordered the Jalapeno Popper Smash burger. Oh boy it was bland and no hint of any spice. The burger isn’t smashed in my opinion. Nothing special with the bun nor what comes with it. The fries was the saving grace as it was well seasoned. For $24 for a burger, it needs to be better! Our party ordered the watermelon salad - looked sad and literally was just some slices of salad and some shrimps. Cmon. The Caesar salad looked like it came out of a prep kit. The pasta was mushy. What happened to quality that it projects? Service: The waiter was very attentive with our water so that was at least a good thing that happened. Atmosphere: Posh looking but lacking in food quality. The kitchen and bar were disorganized and dirty (you can see it heading out).

Jeffrey was awesome! We had dinner here while we worked on work projects and college essays and he was very accommodating of our needs and his service was excellent Pizza was very good

The atmosphere was contemporary. The food was flavored and well prepared, the drinks were delicious and strong, and service was great. Jeffery served us and had a wealth of knowledge with the menu and gave great suggestions!

This place is absolutely amazing !! The food is just delicious and also have many nice events where you can go and enjoy with friends and family !! The short ribs with polenta is top !! If you are in Houston area don’t miss this place and the hotel have also an amazing lobby bar.

The restaurant and staff were so so nice! Everything from the food to the ambiance and vibe was great! Everyone on the team was so accommodating and helpful for the surprise proposal we were doing in their private dining area. Couldn’t have picked a better location/team! Our server Daquiri was the best and extremely patient and great dealing with such a large party. 10/10!

Highly recommend this restaurant and staff. The staff was so nice. This team was so helpful and accommodating as we were planning a surprise proposal in their private dining area! Our server Daquiri was also so sweet and patient with our large party. Could not have asked for a better experience, they really contributed to this special day. Everyone enjoyed the food and drinks!

We went to this restaurant for a friend's birthday and the menu was very limited. It was not the menu post on the website. I won't complain about the speed of service because we had one waitress and a large party she did her best but the food was terrible. Presentation was good on the plate but that's it. Both mine and my husbands food were over salted to the point it was barely edible especially the starches. I had to choke it down because I hadn't eaten all day. My rice was super salty and he had grits that tasted like the cap fell off the salt. My cauliflower was ok had curry on it but no other spices and it was the the best thing on my plate. I also tasted other dishes from our group, not great. Pasta was flavorless, pizza was salty (how do you mess up pizza?). I will never eat here again but for future patrons please taste food before delivering it to the table, please!

I attended the first ever Chandon Champagne Brunch on Saturday. All you could eat food and champagne and it was amazing. Christine and her bunch were some friendly and welcoming. Loved every minute of it. She also allowed us to tour the Speak Easy cause we had ideas of events and birthdays there. Can’t wait to get in there to make plans. Also the place was gorgeous. Thanks for the great time.

Great lasagna, cocktails and scenery Came to the Rosalie for an anniversary dinner, which was recommended as it is conveniently located in the C. Baldwin hotel. Not only was the food delicious but the service from Tannis was great as well. We started with the garlic bread, which was very flavorful with a delicious marinara. Main entrée was the lasagna and salmon dish, which were both delightful but delicate. as far as ambience, the Rosalie has multiple different seating venues, which make it a great place depend on what kind of vibe you want. Not only was this place of surprise, it will be a new go to. Will be back to devour more of the menu….
