Had a great experience at Reel Luxury Theaters! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and comfortable. Definitely made the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!

They only sell single seats in the front row. Don’t come here to spend a few hours. Couples and groups are the only ones welcome. (Was buying the ticket 5 minutes before showtime and more than 75% of the seats were available, but must be sold in “pods”.) never coming here again, ridiculous

This is a place we like to take guests to the woodlands because it's a fun and unique experience. I like the food is good quality and the theater seating and projection/sound is good as well. I've been going since they opened and there were a few things that were annoying like their old payment system that they replaced with tap to pay which is nice. I think there also used to be a hidden tip in the old system which was annoying. But It's good to see them improve.

This place is amazing! From the moment I walked in, all the employees were very nice and welcoming. It was clean, and the food was incredible. They will always have my business.

My family and I had a wonderful experience here. The blonde lady at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Furthermore, the chairs were cozy with a warming setting and personal blankets were provided. Also, the food was delicious. At one point, my little one had a melt down and an awesome staff member named Angie went above and beyond to help make my child happy.

This place is great, not just the seats are comfortable but the food is tasty! Sometimes drinks can be too sweet but food is still good. Nice to watch a movie and have dinner at the same time

We bought our tickets for Deadpool about a month in advance hoping an error wouldn’t happen, but unfortunately it did. The managers were super nice and definitely helped make things right. They gave us 2 cocktails on the house, set us up with a new movie time, and upgraded our seats, as well as gave us a card to come back for another showing free. Which I thought was incredible on their end. The reason I took 1 star off is because upon taking a seat , there was a blanket with ketchup all over it, proving the blankets are NOT sanitized or switched out for every showing. They just fold the blankets back up ., but I found it strange how they didn’t notice the ketchup because it was literally ALL over it. Therefore I recommend bringing in your own blanket. Other than that, everything was amazing the food was delicious and the service was out of this world. Will be returning.

This is a great place for a date night or just a great dinner and movie! The food and drinks came out within 30 mins. We ordered the Truffle pasta, spicy tuna roll, lobster bites, Caesar salad and fresh squeezed lemonade which were all top notch! We enjoyed the service and our movie as well. We will definitely be back! Sorry me and my daughter demolished the food! The seats are recliners and heated if you’d like and come With a small blanket. I’m in the theater writing this review as we speak! Reel is REAL luxury! Thank you!!

My new favorite cinema! From the welcoming employees with friendly smiles and wonderful service, to the luxurious decor throughout the establishment, we will sure be back many times for dinner-and-movie date nights with my husband and/or friends! For our first visit, we only ordered popcorn and water from the comfort of our seats by pressing the service button (and turning on the tiny lamp light, if necessary). Wish we had dined at the restaurant after watching our movie, but sadly, we already made plans. Looking forward to visiting again!
