We had such an incredible dinner at Nobie’s! Every single dish felt thoughtful, creative, and completely out of the ordinary — the kind of food that makes you stop after the first bite because there are so many flavors happening at once. The panisse was such a surprise and one of my daughter favorites — crispy chickpea fritters with this rich, creamy sauce, fresh herbs and just the right amount of heat. The Texas Tartare was absolutely incredible, beautifully seasoned and full of flavor. We tried so many different things, and there honestly wasn’t one dish that disappointed. The pici pasta was perfect, and the key lime pie was TO DIE FOR. Truly one of the best desserts we’ve had in a long time. And the drinks were fantastic too. I had a watermelon tequila cocktail, and it completely surprised me. I hadn’t had tequila in a long time, and this drink reminded me how good it can be when it’s made well — fresh, balanced, bright, and so easy to enjoy. Everything felt imaginative, bold and original — combinations you wouldn’t necessarily think of yourself, but somehow they work beautifully together. What made the night even more special was the hospitality. Grace was wonderful taking care of us, and Chef Drake came by our table several times to make sure we were enjoying everything, which made the experience feel so personal. Zeb was incredibly kind and welcoming and really helped make our evening memorable. From the food to the service to the atmosphere, Nobie’s gave us one of those dinners you keep talking about afterward. We left completely impressed and already wanting to come back. Absolutely delicious, incredibly creative, and such a special experience. Thank you so much!❤️

We ate at the bar. The bar service itself is outstanding before you even get to the food. The menu changes daily, so we asked staff to bring out dishes they like. We had tartar with deviled egg mouse, a carrot dish, lamb and feta meatballs, a pasta dish (pasta is made in- house), and for dessert, the best banana cream pie we've ever had. The crust was crushed oreos with sea salt. This place is going in the heavy rotation. Returned today after a while and as good as I remember.

I really love Nobie’s for their quality and very creative dishes and cool vibe! I gave one less star on the service, because one of the staff members was not so friendly when I asked to be moved from a table that was a bit too noisy, as it was right under the speaker. I was with a friend I have not seen in a while and wanted to have a pleasant conversation without having to scream over the speaker. Everybody else of the restaurant team was professional and friendly.

Nobie’s is a cozy little restaurant that packs a big punch. The service staff were prompt and extremely friendly and welcoming. We tried the Nonna’s pasta, Brie toast, carrot kid, and fried short rib (Bone Zone). Every dish was well seasoned and flavored. I could tell a lot of thought and care was behind each dish. When you’re hear you have to try one of their pies as well. We had the hummingbird pie and it was absolutely divine. I also really loved the vibe here. It’s laid back but also upbeat and I loved the music. Come here with a group of friends so you can try a bit of everything!

New Favorite Restaurant! We had 3 apps and split the winner winner chicken dinner for our main. Everything we ordered had so much flavor and was so different from the other items. Fired up oysters with toppings and flavors of a big mac, roast chicken dinner fit for a medieval feast. Olive oil cake and cinnamon toast crunch pie to finish it all off. Highly highly recommend.

We came bc our family gave us a gift card to go check it out. The smoked fish was served with veg and chips. We liked eating the veggies with the dip. Next, we had grilled oysters. It was shucked well and served well. Then for our entrees, we had the eggplant and the Charlie pasta factory dishes. I took close ups so you can get an idea of what is in it. Sometimes it’s like a big mash up in other pics, but when you eat each of them - they had a lot of taste and texture. If you like to “see” your food or have grains separated from veggies etc, you might not enjoy this place. We didn’t make it for dessert, but the olive oil cake was in the back of my mind. We took the food home for leftovers and we gotta say that we enjoyed the food as good as the first day

We recently visited another amazing restaurant on the James Beard list and were thoroughly pleased. The fresh ingredients and vibrant flavors made my stomach and taste buds sing. As someone who loves to eat and drink, I’ve become very discerning about flavors, and this place did not disappoint. Both appetizers were fantastic. The house-made salt and vinegar chips with smoked fish dip, aptly named "When You Dip, We Dip, You Dip," were irresistible. I had to try them, and they were amazing. The claw chowder croquettes came out hot and delicious, setting the stage for the meal to come. Each dish was crafted beautifully and with love, and I could taste every bit of that care and flavor. The drinks were equally impressive. The Paloma and their guava-inspired cocktail, which caught my nose before my eye, were fresh and delightful. Sitting at the bar, I enjoyed watching the bartender create these masterpieces. With fresh-squeezed fruits and top-shelf liquors, these drinks made me dance with joy. Overall, I’m very pleased and look forward to visiting Nobie’s again!
