Atmosphere was nice and elegant but food was just ok. They had good appetizers but mediocre entrees and desserts. The waiter messed up my entree order and forgot one of our group's appetizers altogether. Finally, the manager Brian was not very accommodating and was borderline rude when we called to make reservation for a big party.

Went to Masraff's for HRW. Service was great, and food was exceptional quality. Had lamb chops, red snapper, crab cakes calamari, fondant, and creme brulee. Thanks Masraff's!

Not impressed at all. Food was fresh but super bland - not even salted. And the salt shaker is a little torture device. Good luck trying to get anything out of it. The atmosphere feels soulless

I can't wait to be back! We came to celebrate our father's 70th birthday. I've dined at many Michelin star restaurants and Masraff's clears the board when it comes to dedicated service. The servers made us all feel incredibly well taken care of and provided a stellar wine recommendation. I also wanted to give a special shoutout to Tony Masraff himself who personally came out to wish my father a happy birthday and share his beautiful life story with us. We all were so moved by his hospitality and so appreciated the efforts of everyone in both the front and back of house! I hope Tony and Russell are reading this because the standard they set at Masraff is truly one that makes the diner feel like a guest of honor. Menu highlights: calamari (the thickest and softest squid with an amazing sauce - it's not your average fried calamari with cocktail sauce, so don't be shocked!), the red snapper, duck and foie gras, the brussel sprout, and the strawberrry merengue dessert.

My family came here for my dad’s 70th. We are the type of people to only look for good food. But this restaurant has some of the best service I ever experienced. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, wine list, checked in on us enough to make us feel attended to but not so much that it felt burdensome. The owner also came by to greet us and gifted us some dessert on the house. Just from service alone I’d highly recommend this restaurant!! Aside from that, the food was delicious. We ordered the calamari per recommendation and it was quite honestly one of the best squid I’ve ever had. It’s not fried, but it has this lovely flavorful sauce that pairs amazingly with the house bread. Their Brussels sprouts were also delicious. For entree you cannot go wrong with the red snapper, duck, and lamb. The king salmon was the daily special but it was divine. And their merengue dessert was a delight. If you’re looking to be spoiled with good service and good food, I highly recommend!!!

We hired Masraff’s for our wedding catering and it was absolutely perfect. Our guests still gush about how good the food was. They were a dream to plan with and made the whole experience incredibly special. This was one of the more expensive caterers but the quality of food was undeniable. They truly created confections that delighted and satisfied everyone at our wedding 💕

The ambiance here is nice and makes for an enjoyable dining experience. I ordered the filet medium rare, but it initially came out much rarer than I prefer. To their credit, the staff handled it very well and promptly corrected it. Overall, the steak was just okay—nothing bad, but not particularly memorable either. I did finish the meal, but it didn’t quite stand out. My wife ordered the sea bass and absolutely loved it. I tried a bite myself and have to agree—it was excellent and definitely the highlight of the meal. The bread they bring out is also quite good. The combination of cheese and rosemary is a bit unusual, but it works and adds a nice touch. I also ordered a whiskey neat, but unfortunately there were small food particles in the glass. Under normal circumstances I would have mentioned it, but since I had already sent my steak back once, I chose not to.

I was at a IABC luncheon here and the servers did an absolutely fabulous job! Coming from the restaurant business myself and paying attention to details, I was thoroughly impressed not only with the food but the level of top tier professionalism of the servers down to the wait time in between appetizers, main courses and our drinks being subtly filled while quickly maneuvering for us to see the screen and to never be a distraction during the presentation. It was in a tight room too- when I tell you they must practice going in between those tables and around those corners! 😍 Bravo Masraff's! I was not expecting to moan on that Clam Chowder soup! ☺️🥰

Great upscale restaurant! Service is what you would expect from a high end place. Valet parking right outside. We had the seafood tower, and the rack of lamb.

Had a celebratory work dinner here and it was a fantastic time with great food and service. My favorite dishes were the foie gras (cherry sauce was delicious) and garlic seared calamari. Service was impressive especially for a large group of 16 and the atmosphere was nice, white table cloth.

Really enjoyed three course dinner with superb service! Great atmosphere to mingle with friends or colleagues. Food tasted really good. Shout out to the chefs, table waiters, and management personnel. Parking seems to get filled up, but a nice free parking garage is close by. Highly recommended 👌.. All 5 stars from me.

I brought 11 people here for my retirement dinner and it was a great experience. The flavors of the dishes were amazing and unique. The clam chowder was some of the best I have every had. The desserts were also incredible. Both father and son owners stopped by several times to see how things were going. Our server was fantastic and gave lots of great details on food and wine choices. This was my first visit, so I really took a chance bringing a big dinner here, but I will now be a repeat customer.

Really great food and service. Came on a Friday night and it wasn’t terribly busy. Food came out very quickly and servers were attentive. Food had a surprisingly elevated presentation - the fried green tomatoes were cubed instead of the expected round slices, but the flavors were still great. Portion sizes were also very generous. Would come back.

A popular fine dining restaurant with a nice vibe, lovely atmosphere and fantastic food. We have visited this restaurant numerous times in the past as a couple and also with some friends. I fully recommend their Garlic Seared Calamari and Jumbo Lump Crab Cake. They are delicious. Same goes with their steaks and lamb racks. Succulent juicy meat and tasty. Their sticky toffee pudding is to die for. Customer service was excellent. Staffs were attentive, friendly and efficient.
