Unfortunately, we had a really disappointing experience at Marvino’s tonight. I was excited to have dinner with my little family and enjoy a meal without having to cook, especially since they were advertising 50% off pasta and pizza. We waited about 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. After finally placing our order, we were told that the pizza oven wasn’t working and asked if we wanted to order something else. They suggested the lobster ravioli, so I agreed. About 10 minutes later, someone came back and told us they didn’t have the lobster ravioli either. At that point, we decided to leave. I completely understand that equipment can break and that restaurants can run out of items, but the lack of communication and the amount of time we waited before being informed was extremely frustrating. We ended up going to Costco for pizza instead—which honestly felt like the better choice from the beginning. Hopefully, management can work on communication and making sure customers are informed about unavailable items before they spend so much time waiting.

Food was absolutely delicious! Took an hour and a half to get it Servers were really nice but we had to hunt them down to order and ask for drink refills Tables were crowded together where movement between was impeded. An elderly lady slipped on slippery floor and went down hard on her back (moving through crowded waiters, tables, & food set up) it took two waiters to help her up. Again, having to constantly ask for waiters to order, get bread, drinks, etc really detracted. On the plus side all food at table was delicious. Had to finally get food to go since it took so long we were there over 2 hours.

Came here for a birthday dinner. The place is beautiful, when we arrived it was pouring and there was a gentleman walking people in with umbrellas which was very nice detail. The place is massive with plenty of seating throughout, they have a beautiful center bar which was nice. The service was good but I do feel like both drinks and food were a bit delayed, the food came out and everything was delicious. We enjoyed the experience.

We loved it. Salmon was outstanding. The food was prepared very well. My wife loved her chicken as well. Our first time dining here. We will be back. While it's upscale, we were in jeans and just wanted to try it. The staff was amazing and made us feel welcome. Great family atmosphere.

There was a good atmosphere and excellent food quality. The pasta and lump crab meat were delicious and light. My son chose Italian for his birthday, and we all loved the food. The mango salad was amazing, the T-bone was well-seasoned, and the temperature was perfect. The service was great. Our server took good care of us, and her drink recommendations were on point.
