Lombardi Cucina is perfect for an Italian food date night with extra amore. This upscale Italian Food combines timeless Italian elegance like Italian marble and Venetian chandeliers with modern flair. The menu featuring handmade pastas, soups, salads, and decadent dishes like Ossobuco Alla Milanese and Rigatoni Alla Vodka. The food we had was pretty good, I wouldn't say it was worth the prices but it was good. We had the Wagyu Meatballs as a starter, and for the entree I had the Ravioli D'Angello Brasato & Balsamico & Roasted cauliflower and my friend had the Fazzoletti Al Pesto & Burrata with Wild Mushrooms which were all very good and tasty.
Segreto Lounge (Located in the back of the restaurant) was an experience. First off you need a reservation if you would like to have anywhere to sit, if you go when they barely open it's nice and empty, that's where we started before the restaurant. The service was mid, we felt very rushed by the waitress to just give her our card. We tried to go back after dinner and it was beyond packed, and if there were any free seats available you were told you couldn't sit there without a reservation and a MINIMUM of $150 per table was required. It just wasn't the vibe I was expecting to get, seems like they care more about how much you're going to spend than they do at actually making their customers feel welcome.
From the moment we sat down, Red’s attention to detail was evident. He was warm, attentive, and ensured that every request was met with care. Whether it was answering our questions about the menu or offering recommendations, he did so with a level of professionalism and charm that made us feel genuinely cared for. His partner, Igor, was equally attentive, but Red’s personal touch really stood out. He created an atmosphere where we felt like VIPs, consistently checking in without being overbearing and making sure every course was served with precision.
The kindness didn’t stop there. We were also warmly welcomed by Manager Keaton, Executive Chef Mauro, and Director Stefano, whose presence added to the hospitality. Their combined efforts, along with Red’s five-star service, made the evening unforgettable. It’s rare to come across service that elevates the entire dining experience, but Red and the team managed to do just that.
