Killens closed for 3 months to renovate and it was a bit disappointing. The new wood paneling that was added makes the place feel very closed off and small. The bathrooms got new marble floors and paneling but otherwise feels the same. Not sure what they did with the rest of the million dollars spent on the renovation, but the designer should be sued. Menu wise, I miss some of the old menu items. The potatoes with beef fat came out looking like something I would get at fsst food restaurant as a side with my burger. The steak was consistent. The service staff were impeccable as always. Tip your waiters! I hope they don't change any more. I miss the original Killen's steakhouse.

Long time Killen’s customer since the Main Street days. We eat here 4 to 5 times a year. Mixed on the new look. Wood paneling is too light creating a different kind of ambiance. Steak was a perfect cook. Definitely 5 stars. Cream corn is still 5 stars. Mashed potatoes were 2 stars because they were liquidity. What happened to the French Onion soup? If it’s supposed to be a deconstructed dish, stop it. It doesn’t work. Our waiter was very good. He came back after the renovation. The other hospitality workers are a work in progress, which is understandable. There is now a mandatory 20% gratuity on all checks, even if there is a party of one. It is stated on the menu, but on the check it states, “large party/auto grat”. Just know, a large party here, are parties of one or more. Once again, still great stakes, but a work in progress in other areas.

It’s changed so much, for a family with an 11 month, 5year old and 9 year old with three adults they added a 20% gratuity but told non e of us. Nit family friendly, no kids menu, no high chairs (we were told they were thrown away) and the list goes on! If they want a Michelin star - good luck! Over tipped, food not as good, no happy hour, just not a good experience.

Had dinner at the Pearland location for the first time and everything was sooo good! Our waiter David was awesome and helped us pick some tasty sides 😋. Looking forward to going back

We had an awesome time dining here with our waiter Randy. He truly loves and is amazing at his job. Our favorite items were the crab cakes, ramen deviled eggs and carrot cake!

Words cannot describe the enjoyment I had at Killen's Steakhouse. To start, every employee was wonderful to speak with. Emmett (sorry of I misspelled it!), our waiter was incredible. He knew the menu up, down, left, right, and sideways. He was able to answer every question and could explain the flavors in such detail. He knows the product that he's selling which made the visit even more enjoyable. The buser and gentleman that refilled the water were great as well. Literally all the employees were fantastic. No complaints whatsoever! Now to the food. The walnut fruit bread was awesome. I don't know who makes that bread but wow! Awesome stuff! We got the scallops as an appetizer. The flavors were mind-blowing and the texture was absolutely perfect. While they are amazing, they were a bit on the pricey side for only three scallops. Good, yes, but really pricey for what you're getting. I got the set aged New York strip cooked blue (I'm an animal, what can I say?) and it was literally the best steak I've ever had in my life. Worth every penny hands down. They cooked it perfectly but with such a thick steak, I would consider it rare in the future. Absolutely delicious either way. After, we got the bread pudding. It arrived hot and ready. Again, very delicious. I am thoroughly happy with the experience I had and will definitely be revisiting one day.

The 16 oz ribeye was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor and tender to every bite. The service was impeccable – our server was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making the evening even more special. I highly recommend Killen's for anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience in Pearland!

We chose this place for a few special occasions. They did not disappoint 👏. Randy was our waiter and helped pick the right cut of steak and dessert. The alcohol is reasonable in price and has good variety of options. The plates are pretty big compared to other places. The restaurant is clean and has a nice ambiance to it. We had the wagyu cowboy ribeye. It was amazing. The fried shrimp is great. The risotto is legendary. The pork belly bites are amazing and will start your night the right way. We will be back soon.
