I’m writing regarding my visit on Saturday, October 17, for the 7:45 p.m. showing of Other Mommy in Theatre 6. My seat (A7/A8) was completely broken and placed in an uncomfortable reclining position and taped along the side while the middle console was very loose. Our waiter said he would bring a manager, but no manager ever came. Our popcorn was mistakenly given to other customers. Staff then took it back and attempted to serve us that same popcorn after it had been touched. I had to request a fresh batch. While I understand longer food wait times on a Saturday night, our pizza arrived with no sauce despite our request for light sauce. After waiting so long, we ate what we could rather than wait for a replacement. I visit iPic often, and this was by far my worst experience.

Came here a couple years ago and had a blast! Ioved this theater. I came back again recently and was nervous after seeing all the bad reviews. Luckily the service and food as still great. But the place is definitely not as great as it was before. The seats were dirty and they don't offer blankets anymore. The movie screen quality didn't feel the best either. And 1 of the escalators was broken. for a very expensive theater I expect more. and now onto the WORST part, which is why I'm giving such a low review. About 2 months ago someone gave a bad review, claiming there was poo smeared on the walls of a stall in the girls bathroom. I went to the restroom and I found the stain in 1 of the stalls. It was the exact same stain, there was even hair stuck in it. That stain had been there for MONTHS. IT'S DISGUSTING!! I had seen it after the movie ended and it COMPLETELY ruined the experience, it was so gross and I was so disgusted by the lack of cleanliness. Plus, the toilet was loose from the wall, there are literal cracks on the wall where it's supposed to be attached to. That stall should definitely be closed off, eventually someone will try using that toilet and it'll break. me and my partner have decided to not go back unless this place gets better. It's so disappointing, I really liked this theater.

I had such a great experience at IPIC! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was amazing, and the customer service really made the experience even better. I especially want to recognize Landon for his exceptional customer service! During the movie, my phone accidentally slipped out of my pocket and fell between the seats. Landon went above and beyond to help retrieve it, and he was so kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. It’s the little things that make a big difference, and Landon truly made sure I was taken care of. Great food is one thing, but outstanding service is what keeps customers coming back. Thank you, Landon, for making my experience such a positive one! I’ll definitely be returning!

Very disappointing experience at IPIC. The restroom on the first floor was closed, and when we went upstairs to use the one there, staff refused to let us in. The place looks fancy, but denying guests access to a bathroom shows a lack of basic respect and poor management.

Movie theater is very comfortable but seats need to be reupholstered . Try to order drinks but sold out of 2 different type of drinks . Restrooms were very clean. Overall decent theater but pricey not to have everything on the menu!

I went to iPic to see Wicked opening weekend; worst mistake. I chose iPic specially for smaller theaters, with comfort seating, free bag of popcorn and to enjoy a class of wine whist watching the film. I have seen and enjoyed many features at iPic, however NOT anymore. ALL CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ... 1) AUTO 18% gratuity for all guests WITHOUT any communication to the customer so the customer ends up double tipping and iPic due to zero communication (apart from the fine print on a poster that I can only assume every customer is suppose to ready). - I paid $22 for a GLASS of wine ...when the employee could have suggested get the $50 bottle and share with my friend who came with me. 2) No more free bad of popcorn for their customers UNLESS you are a GOLD member. Not a paying customer, not a Silver you MUST BE GOLD. - I ended up paying for the worst, salty and stale popcorn 3) The excuse from Guest Relations Manager; Donte' Hodges "At IPIC, we apply an automatic 18% gratuity to all bills as a standard practice. This service charge goes towards your server, along with everyone in the building delivering any drink or food item." - iPic employees earn between $10 - $25 an hour ... so please inform me how this is STANDARD practice (that is a false statement). If it was to the Server and ONLY the server who is attending to guest watching the movie pre, during, and post ... ok. HOWEVER, employees earning $25 an hour are also taking a cut of the 18%. I should have gone to the newly and amazing renovated Regal on 1-10 and paid $30 for my VIP ticket, all you can eat popcorn, drinks, amazing seating, food, and full bar. iPic has gone 100% downhill for RiverOaks. I will not return. I suggest those who go be aware of the auto 18% gratuity because not one employee, manager, GM will tell you.

My husband planned a date night for us in Houston. He got tickets to see RedOne at IPIC. I am blind and have grown accustomed to having audio description given its ubiquitous availability even in small towns across the country, but IPIC does not currently offer audio descriptions. The staff there would like to offer it especially since two people have requested it within three weeks. They did refund our ticket purchase and allowed us to remain until the end of the movie. After the fact I looked at their website and it clearly states they offer CC, but there is no mention of AD.

Very comfortable reclining seats, with extra blankets provided because the AC is strong. Food and beverage service at your seats, 18% gratuity automatically added. Food is a couple or ten notches above classical theater snack food. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Drinks are well made, but the alcohol is over-balanced (i don't taste it enough). Parking lot is currently free and convenient. Bathrooms are spotless. The staff is well trained and professional.

This was by far one of my favourite movie theatres. The my had a full dining room and bar. As well as in movie dining service and drinks. The menu was infinite. The environment and staff were very accommodating. I highly recommended this place for dining and movie alike . I recommend trying the apps and entrees. 5 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This Place! Wow! Nicest theater I ever ever been to! You have your own cubical, recliner and blanket! Food and drinks get brought to you!!! Loved this experience! Definitely uptown, we wore blue jeans shorts and tank tops and felt very under dressed but we didn’t care lol.

By far the nicest movie theater I have ever been to in my life. The price of the tickets is worth it given your private booth with blanket. You can order food and drinks right from your booth. The chair reclines as well. You can go just for food and drinks as it is a functioning restaurant and bar. Has the nicest bathroom I have ever been to as well. First class experience.
