Great time, Exceptional instructor! We visited IFLY for the first time today and we were not disappointed. The facility is clean and welcoming. The instructor Benjamin Jameson is absolutely wonderful. My niece and nephew are first time fliers. Benjamin created an informative yet fun experience. He has a very warm personality and really has a way with children. My niece and nephew enjoyed flying with Benjamin so much I purchased 4 additional flights during our visit. I would highly recommend Benjamin as an instructor for any young flier. My niece and nephew were all smiles after their visit. Thank you Benjamin and IFLY!!

My wife and I were there today, September 8, 2026. Malcolm and Emily were both great. Malcolm was our instructor and boy, was he ever patient. This is a great program, and absolutely a once in a lifetime experience with fun a plenty. I've never been given a greater entertaining time in my life. I mean, who doesn't dream of spreading their wings and taking flight??? Thank you to everyone involved for making my wife's birthday so wonderful and unforgettable!!! We'll definitely be back again soon to fly with y'all!!!

I had a great time here! The overall experience was pretty dang cool! Fernando was very nice and attentive. I would've give 5 stars but some of the hand placement instructions should've been giving prior to putting on earplugs and my son's second video was lost or not recorded for whatever reason. Other than that, great experience! Something I definitely think everyone (who's not afraid )should try.

I am extremely disappointed with our experience at this location and deeply regret bringing my son here. From the beginning, the customer service was unacceptable. The instructor gave my son torn, worn-out clothing to wear. I asked if he could change it to another color/set, and he simply told me, “No size.” I found that explanation very difficult to understand considering there were several more sessions scheduled after ours. I was not asking for special treatment—I simply did not want my child wearing torn clothing during an experience we paid for. What happened during the flight experience bothered me even more. Our group consisted of 3 children and 3 adults, and my son was the only Asian child in the group. After the initial two-minute flight session, the instructor came out and specifically asked the parents of the other two children, who were white, whether they wanted to pay extra for another flight/session. He did not ask me or offer the same opportunity to my son. What made this especially upsetting was that my son was right there repeatedly telling the instructor that he wanted another session too, yet the instructor continued to ignore him. As a mother, it was incredibly painful to stand there and watch my child being treated differently from the other children right in front of me. I cannot know the instructor’s intention or why my son was excluded, but I absolutely noticed the difference in treatment. When one child is the only Asian child in a group and the other two children are proactively offered an additional experience while he is ignored—even while asking for it himself—it raises a very serious concern for me. This isn’t about the extra money. I would have gladly paid for another session. It is about treating every child with the same attention, respect, and opportunity. Children notice when they are excluded. Parents notice too. I brought my son here expecting him to have a fun and memorable experience. Instead, I left feeling hurt and disappointed after watching him repeatedly try to get the instructor’s attention while the other children were given an opportunity that was never offered to him. I hope management reviews what happened, including the interaction during our session, and addresses how families and children are treated at this location. No parent should have to leave a children’s activity wondering why their child was treated differently. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I cannot recommend this location and will not return.

I had a great time with my son on our visit. We had a great opportunity to hang out alone this day. I feel like the price is okay but we just don't get enough bang for our buck. The instructor was kind and skillful in the air tunnel. We just didn't get much out of it but 60 seconds of air time and then a chance to pay for pictures (which we weren't even offered because we walked out to an empty front desk). It wasn't horrible at all but I wouldn't return and spend my money there again. I would find something else exciting to engage in. Overall still a good experience.

We always wanted to try it out. During their black Friday sale, we go the package special. It was totally worth it. Instructor Rory was super helpful, made the experience even better than we expected.

What an amazing experience!! Brought my son for a second time. Check in was easy n upstairs with Instructor Ivan was a great and awesome. We had a blast definitely need to come back.

We were here today on my son's 10th birthday and I just wanted to let you know that we had a great time. Thanks to the instructor (sorry, I don't remember his name clearly) my son had the best experience. The instructor was kind and explained everything in detail so I felt comfortable flying my son. My son said it was the best experience he ever!! Thank you. We will be back!

Fun experience for kids 3 and older (adults too). The rides are for 1 minute and costs about $90. You can add more time and other features. It’s a great experience and fun to watch as well.

This place is a lot of fun. If you want to learn about skydiving and you are a beginner this is the place for you. The instructors are very knowledgeable and you can have a safe but enjoyable experience. The other cool stuff is the educational activities you can learn a lot about physics and other STEM related topics. The presenter Michelle has a ton of experience and very knowledgeable and also bery skilles in keeping us engaged. They also have some merchandise for sale.I really enjoyed my visit.
