Goat yoga was amazing. The instructor lead a great class and the goats were delightful. It was a Goat-ally amazing yoga experience! I highly recommend trying this out.

We've hosted Goat Yoga Houston at Lamar University twice now. Both times they have been incredible to work with. Friendly, patient, and knowledgeable goat handler and yoga instructor. We will certainly have them back

This was such a great experience!!! I had never heard of goat yoga until we came here. We had fun and the owner made the experience so enjoyable!! She worked hard to make sure we had a good experience and we did! We will do this again!

Tons of baby goats. My wife does yoga but I don't. I just laid there and let them climb on me, which is allowed and encouraged.

More than enough time to play with goats and do yoga.

They WILL eat your mat. Bring a cheap mat and a towel large enough to cover it.

Amazing instructor, precious furry goats, and a wonderful outdoor experience! This was a novel way to exercise and experience the benefits of yoga. Our instructor Rachel was attentive, well-humored, and accommodating. Highly recommend this class to anyone who enjoys yoga, animals, a good time, and/or a good goat!
