Stayed here for NYE. Was a great stay. Simple check in, great room, attentive service. I highly the Italian restaurant in the hotel, Sorriso. Great food and drinks as well as some of the best service I have ever received at a restaurant. Overall an awesome experience. I will be back!

We just arrived in Houston and Robert made us feel right at home. We’re here for 4 days and looking forward to cocktails at this fabulous bar! GREAT first impression of The Westin!

Excellent location by the waterway. 400 ft rooms handsomely appointed, with all the comforts you need, only the screen TV seems a little bit small for today’s standards.

At the front desk depending on who takes care of you, you will either be satisfied or end up a little upset (Catherina, for instance is not that friendly or helpful). At the restaurant, the food is good and the service is fine (Kelvin is very attentive).

The valet parking service is agile and convenient. It’s the third or fourth time that I’ve stayed here, always had the same experience.

Their restaurant, Sorrioso, and their staff is absolutely amazing!!! Customer service seems to be a thing of the past with most hospitality companies nowadays, but everyone we interacted with went over and above with everything we asked for or needed. Talk about the most fantastic customer service! Our wonderful server was named Fin, and he was above helpful, courteous, and so giving!! We LOVED him. THANK YOU, FIN! And the food was so delicious. Will return often!!

From the beginning, the front desk personnel Ekaterina in particular is amazing just top notch! Everyone makes you feel special and appreciated. The rooms are gorgeous and super clean with great views of the water way. Highly recommended!
I would come again.

We had an amazing time here! The environment is clean, safe, and welcoming, it is by far a place where you can truly relax and enjoy. They made sure every aspect of our stay was flawless. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and excellent service.

What a great place to stay! The hotel was clean, very comfortable, friendly service, and a great location. Haley was very helpful during our check-in process. WE made some errors when booking our reservation online, and Haley was so helpful getting it straightened out. She took wonderful care of us. We were very grateful for her!!

We stayed here while we were in town for the Cody Johnson concert. It was definitely a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. I feel terrible cause I wanted to give a shout out to the lady who assisted us while we were there but I can't find her business card. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. I can't thank her enough. Our hotel room was perfect, quiet, great views, comfortable beds and great stand-up shower. We couldn't ask for more. Will definitely be back.

My wife and I did a quick one night getaway to the Woodlands and stayed at the Westin. It was a perfect getaway! The hotel is on the Woodlands Waterway and only a 5 minute walk to the mall and restaurants. The hotel was very nice and the staff were the best! Of course we have always loved the Heavenly Beds at Westin! Not only is the mall 5 minutes away but there are restaurants and bars just steps from the hotel and a walk or jog down the waterway is really nice. We were able to get an upgrade to a corner king room with a view of the waterway (Bonvoy member).
