I've eaten at the bar here a couple of times when staying at the adjoining hotel and the service and ambience is exceptional.

The server knew the gratuity was included, because we were a party of 8. We never got checked on after the food arrived we asked for a drink it never came out. My husband asked for a drink and as we were getting ready to leave it came out the drink took so long that we forgot we had ordered it. We just waited a long time for everything their reasoning was they were short staffed.... 1k later and a $200 dollar tip for crappy service.

The food is always amazing here! We used to visit for birthday’s but started coming for restaurant weeks and earning points that pretty quickly turn into credits, ($25-$50 off after about 2 visits) so we started coming more often. I recommend getting the Laundry’s app and signing up for free loyalty program. They offer a $25 credit for your birthday. Tonight we had steak, crab cakes, cesar salad, bread, broccolini and mushrooms. Everything was cooked perfectly. We needed some assistance from the Manager and he was very attentive and helpful. We will definitely be back soon! Parking- they offer valet but we have always found free parking in the underground parking garage across from Neiman Marcus/near the Cheesecake Factory.

By far the finest establishment I have ever had the pleasure to sit down and enjoy. I will forever remember the explosion of flavor my porterhouse provided. Not to mention the whole staff took the time to sign a Happy anniversary card for my wife and I. We thank each and every one of the staff members for an unforgettable experience.

Outstanding! Every bite of food was delicious, a real treat. Filet mignon with lump crabmeat, surf & turf filet trio, short ribs, mashed potatoes, asparagus, 7 layer lemon cake, to name a few. Our servers were incredible and treated us like royalty. We were celebrating my dad's 80th birthday. A perfect afternoon.

Date Night was fantastic!! In town for a conference. Our food was great but what made our evening so enjoyable was our waiter Christopher!! He is so wonderful!! We really enjoyed talking with him. He made me my very own special drink based on the things I told him I liked - and listen y’all, this drink was amazing!! Tasted great, smooth and looked pretty to boot. All in all we wished we lived near by bc we’d return to have Christopher as our waiter as often as possible while enjoying wonderful food!

I had a business luncheon here and everything was fantastic. The steak and all sides were perfectly cooked, the service was on point, and the environment was quiet and peaceful. We went for Houston Restaurant Week and paid $55 per person for a 3 course meal. I wish they had better parking instead of trying to find a space in the Galleria parking garage, unless we were to consider valet.

Came back for dinner and Christopher was amazing and made our night out great! The steak was amazing and cooked to perfection. Must try the butter cake as well.
