I love the newly built park. Safe for families, kids & pets. Has a new Gazebo w/ picnic tables, BBQ pit & water fountain. Also a big field for any sports or family picnics. Would’ve been nice to add a splash pad & restrooms for the kids.

To go out for a walk and breathe fresh air, the place is good, except that there are small swamps around that produce many mosquitoes and are very annoying when you walk nearby and the bathrooms that are there are not clean, indigent and suspicious people arrive, which gives a bad appearance to the place. park.

Quiet with ample parking. The back port-a-potty was clean, had toilet paper, and smelled fresh

my partner and I visited this park yesterday so we could paint. We painted some plants so this was the perfect inspiration to our day. This park is perfect for picnics, hanging out with friends, going on a run, and more. They have some nice ponds around the track that you can see but maybe it’s best to during a time where there’s less bugs. I got so many bug bites while on the trail and not anywhere else around the park. The trail is in the trees and since it’s a forest area, I understand why it was so irritating with the bugs. as always much love from Houston and the universe and please visit this park as it is beautiful and quite empty.

Nice little walking path. There was a lot of broken glass on one little section. Other than that, it was a great loop for some exercise.

Nice path(s) through a small patch of woods and a little pond. To me, a very welcome retreat from the urban sprawl of Houston.
