Their Ice cream is nothing special. Save your money and go to a normal ice cream place. You're paying extra money for the nitrogen show

I was visiting family from Canada and went to this spot in the mall. The setting is great, overlooking a courtyard with other stores surrounding it. The ice cream is the best I've ever had. So creamy and rich, and the selection of flavours is immense. I had no idea they were using liquid nitrogen to freeze the ice cream on the spot. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Very clean environment as well.

I visited this place for the first time with my family and we enjoyed it. The variety of flavors was more than enough for us to reach get something different. My kids loved seeing the ice cream being made as the cold fog spewed forth from the bowls. I personally want to thank all the staff on Saturday the 30th of May for their patience with my questions. Great job to you ladies and gentlemen.

We had our first taste of Creamistry ice cream here around 8 PM and the experience was wonderful. One employee was handling all the ice cream and shake orders completely by herself and she was incredibly fast, efficient and professional the entire time. We just wanted to give her a compliment and say thank you for all her hard work. Managing so many customers alone is not easy, yet she stayed focused and kept everything moving smoothly.

Stop in to have a wonderful ice cream treat that is custom made. The menu is vast, and the staff did a great job explaining the various options. Excellent way to wrap up any shopping trip.

Went into the store during a busy period, and the customer service was still excellent. Store was very clean, and tidy, and ice cream was awesome. Watching the ice cream being made with nitrogen was a cool experience.

Great customer service. Went during a rush and the staff was extremely busy but were still very friendly, attentive, and the young lady who was helping me always had a smile and a positive attitude. My order came out perfect and the ice cream was great.

Took the kiddo to Creamistry right there by the restaurant area of the mall. The ice cream is so creamy! The ingredients and toppings are top notch. I prefer this over cold stone any day. It’s THAT much better. Service was great, the new owners really make you feel welcome. Got the sea salt caramel for me and birthday cake unicorn for the little one. They also have a waffle bowl. Best ice cream ever!

I love this place! I am lactose intolerant but my husband likes ice cream so we come here together since he can have his dairy ice cream and I can get mine made with cashew milk or coconut milk they even ask if you want the whipped cream. Since it seems to be made with nitrogen its super creamy so you dont struggle to scoop it out of the cup. Customer service was good too the cashier explained what was in the ice cream when I asked (due to my lactose intolerance). So overall we had a great experience. Definitely recommend.
