Today I came to Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas The Woodlands. The theaters themselves were fine, and I actually come here very often because I usually enjoy the experience. However, today was a big disappointment.

My food never arrived, and the staff ignored me the entire time whenever I tried to get help. Customer service was very poor today, which really ruined the experience for me. I hope management improves the service because this location is normally much better.

Food is over priced and sub par at best wouldn't mind the price of the food if it didn't taste like something I could get at a cheap drive thru had to ask for things multiple times before they were brought definitely not worth the over 200 dollars I spent. And they were out of alot of stuff if it's a sat u should have restocked Friday so your ready for the weekend.

movie started at 6:30, I was seated by 6:15 and had my button pressed. Not 1 server came to help me the entire movie.... not even to order a drink.

Good place to go deaf!! I wonder if they do that to drown out noise. My ears were literally hurting. Other then that a nice theater, food, chairs etc. The prices are in line with the type of luxury theater.

I liked that you can just go straight to your theater when you arrive. I had the chicken quesadilla and tots. It arrived quick and hot. I enjoyed the reclining seats. The theater was pristine.

Omgosh, loved it here!! I had so much fun!! Super clean, and quiet!! They come take your order, and bring your food to you!! I will never go anywhere else! We saw the movie God are you there it's me Margaret! Loved it, and loved this theater!

I just watched a movie here and it was great. I was able to enjoy the evening with no issues. The wait staff was friendly and the front clerks were efficient when I came in to buy a ticket for my movie. This was a nice family spot as it had a grass area for the kids to play out front that is well lit at night. It is near an HEB and local shops if that is your cup of tea. They have nice menu options and all. If you are not a drinker they have pretty good beverages for you as well and libations for the connoisseurs. Lol

Came in after the storm because creekside has no power, and found a nice place to eat, drink and work! Never went for movies, but enjoyed the atmosphere and the opportunity to have internet and power after the storm.
I found prices are a little high, but since is Creekside I understand
I paid $28 for a coffee and a burger. But nice overall.

It's a simply amazing theater!!! The seats here are the best in the game thus far!!! This theater is over 30 miles from me. However, we will return just for the seats, screen, service, and cleanliness!!! The service was impeccable. We pushed the service button, and within 1 minute, a server was there ready to take our orders. The menu is pretty good and has something for everyone, including libations!!!
