Break Life Houston was such a fun way to celebrate my son’s 13th birthday. Our kids had a blast- highly recommend!! Terrell and the rest of the staff were super friendly, accommodating, and made the experience even more enjoyable.

From the moment we walked in to the time we left and everything in between was the best experience we’ve come across. Welcomed with mimosas to pump up your energy and get ready to release all the stress. My boyfriend and I enjoyed this place very much we both needed the smashing therapy and I’m glad we came down to let it all out. It is a work out breaking things much more than we expected but I couldn’t have asked for better. I loved coming here and spending time with my boyfriend especially with the year we had. We will most definitely be coming back for another session real soon. Thank you!

Great experience! There’s something about breaking glass and destroying stuff without having to clean it up! We had a blast! Oh…and the food they ordered for us was delicious! Definitely going to bring more friends here. 🤘🏼

10/10 experience from start to finish! The booking process online was seamless and they provided great email communication prior to our arrival. It’s truly the small details that made all the difference including a custom welcome sign with my wife’s name on it. This was a great stress relief and I highly recommend this service to anyone he needs to let off some steam, anger or frustration. There were multiple objects to break and we also got a windshield to smash as well! The after care was amazing and the staff provided outstanding customer service. Will definitely be back and will also be looking into doing a work function through Break Life as well.

wow, they blew our expectations away!! not only was it just fun to release some emotions on some broken glass, but the service and attention to detail that Terrell and his team put into making you feel welcome and special, is something hard to find nowadays. Took my best friend to celebrate her birthday, and there was a sign welcoming us with our names on it, birthday decorations and a cupcake, and even a handwritten card wishing my best friend a happy birthday. it was so sweet and made us appreciate the experience even more.
"To give real service you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity".
^pretty sure someone wrote that quote with Terrell and his team as their inspiration...thanks again guys!

oh...and the complimentary mimosas and playing your own playlist doesn't hurt either...

Me and my husband had best experience here. It’s such a great stress reliever and VERY needed. We were celebrating our birthdays, and they had birthday cards, mimosas, cookies and took lots of pictures of us! This place is amazing and the people are very friendly and genuine people. Highly suggest coming here.
