I come to Best Regards all the time and Brooke is absolutely amazing! Every single time, super consistent with amazing service and attentiveness. This is the only place I will go to in the heights. Food, cocktails, ambiance & service is unmatched. 10/10

My friends and I attended Best Regards for New Year's Eve, and unfortunately, it was a letdown. The venue is very small, and with GA tickets, we had no table or seating, which we knew and would have been okay with if there was a place for us to stand. Instead, we spent the night standing in walkways, constantly in the way of staff carrying large drink platters. The biggest issue was the lack of a dance floor—there was simply no space to move or enjoy the music. The venue was designed for cramped tables with hardly any room to move or have a conversation, making it hard to enjoy the night.

While the DJ played decent techno music, there was no countdown to midnight, and the excitement of ringing in the new year was entirely absent. We had to rely on ourselves to celebrate. The champagne toast that was advertised never happened, though it’s possible we missed it. On the bright side, they did pass out free tequila shots, which was a small but appreciated gesture.

Overall, the lack of a dance floor and the uncomfortable setup made the night feel flat and boring. If you're looking for an energetic New Year's Eve, this is not the place to be.

Very good experience in this place on a Saturday of course it was full but you could dance, good music (various electronic), good drinks and the bartenders, despite being super busy, were friendly. The only thing I didn't like were the bathrooms, there were only 3 so there was always a line but they were clean because there was a special person checking every time someone used them.

Cute and quaint, music very cool. Atmosphere very vibey. Dress up and fit right in. Drinks 10/10 generous, boards are more than enough and unique! Would go again for sure!

Had a great time, I went to a event and it was great the food the atmosphere and the service was all great, the dj was great the live band was great and the drinks was amazing. Would recommend.

This place used to be Calle 11 in the heights. It's now a pretty place for brunch cocktails and Sunday Funday with a live DJ in the afternoon. Friendly staff. The patio is dog friendly. Not many food options but they have some delicious Charcuterie Board options.

I visited Best Regards on Apr 26, 2024. Isn’t it the best weather to enjoy their patio seatings. I got their at @ 9PM and there were a few tables. And they got really crowded, like full house @ 11PM when DJs coming in. Really love the vibes and the atmosphere. All of the servers, bartenders were super friendly, helpful, and dedicated. Even though they got full house @ 11PM, I got my drink really fast. My friend and I basically tried the whole menu. I wish I can be more “wow” when trying their signature cocktails. What I mean is the cocktails are good but I expected more from them.

They offer Happy Hour w $10 for all signature cocktails, all day on Tuesday & Wednesday, up to 7PM from Thursday to Sunday. Isn’t it the best deal to try them out?

They also offer $9 regular valet parking, and. $20 VIP valet parking. If you don’t want to, street parking on your own is also a good option.

Overall, this is a good place to chill out with your friends.
