Brought my mom here for her birthday dinner and I am beyond happy I did! It’s marvelous!!! Wonderful food and wonderful service! 3 different people introduced themselves that made this the most memorable birthday dinner/stop!!!! ***Be aware that menu prices change from lunch to dinner. They gave us the lunch menu but I guess by mistake because we were there for early dinner and only realized the price change after reviewing the receipt

I’ve always passed by Ambriza because I live in the neighborhood and finally stopped in today to try it. I left feeling like I couldn’t believe it took me so long to get here. The service was above and beyond exceptional. Aracely one of the managers I believe, and Sam our server were phenomenal and did such a great job with making us feel at home. The food was delicious! I did not have one bad thing. The margaritas are so fresh and a relief from other places that make theirs with heavy syrups. They definitely made a regular out of me and I will be back.

Really cool spot to get some great food and margaritas! The carne asada was amazing with these delicious black charro beans. The beans had this amazing smoky flavor but not over powering. We also had the ceviche which was also delicious. The ceviche had this unique flavor to it. I will definitely be checking this place out again when I am in

I don’t really leave reviews, and I wasn’t asked to write this- the level of service naturally evoked it. My mom is about to move to Virginia, and we needed a casual place to take a break. A little research led me to try Ambriza The decoration and environment are very unlike your run-of-the-mill Tex-Mex restaurant here in Houston. A lot of thought and effort were put into how authentically Mexican the environment and experience is- lots of art from different regions of Mexico, and in a way that feels cohesive and creates a design language, rather than looking like a bunch of stuff thrown on the walls. But enough about everything else, food. The food is extraordinary, and I promise it will genuinely surprise you. It takes inspiration from 5 different regions of Mexico, and is truly unique. All items are very well described, and quite a few are genuinely unique to this restaurant. I’ll leave the taste for your experience, but know that of everything, this and the service are the main draw. The service was exemplary. The manager came out and greeted us, asked us if it was our first time, even brought us out something to try since it was our first time. Hospitality on another level- and folks, get the Mexican corn. It both is the one you get in front of Fiesta, as good as that already is, and is so much better for their twist on it. I would have paid for it myself if I knew. That’s the spoiler I’ll leave you with. Treat yourself to this experience. It was amazing.

First time giving this place a try. They have us a complementary pan dulce and hot chocolate. Right after this the waiter spills water and we get slightly wet. I understand accidents happen don’t make a fuss about it. I order their Ambriza burger and I read it had egg. When it comes out I noticed it did not have egg. I asked the manager about about it to which he responds let me double check for you and it indeed did come with egg. This I don’t know how they would mess that up. So after 1 good thing and 2 bad things. I wouldn’t recommend or come back.

Every single employee was extremely nice , the hosstes opened the door for us , Cindy the waitress was so sweet and attentive, even the bartender got out of the bar to help her out, definitely somebody knows how to run this restaurant, I'll come back just for the outstanding service 👌

Okay, my bartender recommended the perfect drink and my chicken quesadilla was delicious as well as our appetizers. We celebrated my friends birthday and the churro cart was cool

Awesome!! Will be going back. Was well worth it in every way. Time,money, and travel. Too many things to say about this place that you should just really go experience it yourself if you like real mexican food , not tex mex. Loved the decor! The food! The staff was great as well! Just plain off the hook goodness is sometimes hard to find but here you have it

Excellent customer service. They quasadillas are really good. The food comes out really quick. Now, the fajitas could use some extra seasoning, especially the ribs. The street cirn is really tasty. The drinks are really good. The atmosphere is also good. This wasn't my first visit. I will for sure be back.

Great place to visit the last two weeks my friends and I have been going for Happy Hour. Valentina helped us out with service, she is great and her food and drink suggestions are on point! I’m a fan of the spicy margaritas on the menu just haven’t made up my mind between frozen or on the rocks!

Absolutely phenomenal experience! From the hospitality to the flavor, not one bad experience. I just wish I had more space in my tummy to try dessert. 😞 Lol. I had the watermelon salad and omg ! You have to try it with sirloin on top. The fried goat cheese seals the deal. But don't just take my word for it, go and try it out for yourself. Let them know you saw this review!
