Very unwelcoming staff. Not sure if it’s just the generation but the vibe was completely different when I would first come here back in 2015. I went up to the counter and the young lady seemed disturbed she had to take an order. Could not even give a simple “Hi, welcome”. Not to mention that the pastries tasted like they were made a week ago.

I went here once with a friend to try out the place, and I don’t want to come back ever again. The drink and food were TERRIBLE; I got a frappe greek iced coffee while my friend got a pastry, which I forgot the name. The coffee tasted like water while the pastry was straight-up sugar! I swear, instant coffee or even Walmart bread are better than this. Second, the cashier/barista here was so, so, SO rude. I would understand the attitude if I was being obnoxious, but I was only ordering! Why did you roll your eyes and sigh? It wasn’t even busy, and I didn’t take that long to order anyway! Also, while the aesthetic was nice, the stairs were TOO steep (still scared thinking about those) and the tables/chairs were too flimsy and felt like they’d fall apart in second. We stayed only for 10 minutes and bolted right away. Truly horrible experience.

This is truly a gem 💎 I was amazed at the layout of this little cottage-like bistro vibe. I could see myself coming here routinely to sit in and work or spend quiet time with my loved ones. They have a vast array of drinks and wine and snacks. THEE BEST LAVENDER LATTE IVE EVER HAD! The barista was kind enough to honor my extra lavender pump request. We sat outside and had a nice corner umbrella table. I loved it. Highly recommend as a traveler to the area, I was striking out left and right to find good coffee. This is the only place I’d go if I ever go back. Well done 🤌🏾✨

So I came here for the first time. The barista was not very customer service friendly. It was just like they’re just doing their job and that’s it. I said it was my first time there. Which would’ve been a great sales point to point out like something about agora that is different from Other cafes and then a recommendation. I Then asked what’s your favorite. She said it was like some latte and I said I’ll have that. The latte wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t anything special either. And it was super cramped in there. I didn’t know where to stand to wait to get my coffee. So then it was just kind of awkward just kind of standing in the middle of a room. Then I didn’t hear Anyone call out my drink it was just placed on the front counter. It wasn’t until the nice customers that were behind me told me oh hey, I think this is your drink. And that’s the only reason I knew. I definitely wouldn’t come back here again. It’s just not worth all the hassle to be honest.

Nice coffee shop for grabbing a coffee and study or working as well, the only issue is the lack of pastries and salty food variety for a weekend breakfast as sandwiches, toast, quiche or something like that, besides of that great coffee spot and amazing atmosphere.

Cute place. Nutella baclava was pretty good, but the iced Vietnamese coffee was terrible, watered down, weak and was pretty much house coffee with milk. I'm not sure how they have such great reviews if this is any indication of how the rest of it is. Also very VERY expensive for 2 small coffees and 2 baclava.

I’m trying to figure out if they use the same coffee syrup that they sell on the shelf? Is it like dollar store syrup? It tastes horrible always. Agora’s coffee literally taste like dunking doughnut coffee. For the owners fyi, i stopped by the women’s restroom a normal guy went inside, just a regular guy… he didn’t come out 10 minutes other people were waiting who is In charge of agora it used to be nice what happened?

Coffee is great. Pastries could be better. I love this place and often sit here for hours ! Great atmosphere for meeting new people or quiet reading/drinking coffee in your own bubble

Agora Coffee Shop is a true gem! The cozy atmosphere and welcoming vibes make it the perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends. This café is always bustling with people, making parking quite a challenge. I visited around 1 a.m. on the weekend and managed to find just one empty table. They also have outdoor seating, which seems popular with those who smoke. I ordered a matcha latte, but unfortunately, it was quite bland and served warm, despite my request for it to be extra hot. On the bright side, the pastries were excellent. The service was decent but nothing remarkable.

Delicious, fresh coffee and pastries. We had a honey cinnamon latte and a cappuccino, as well as a strawberry cheesecake muffin and a slice of pumpkin bread. The baristas were welcoming and fast, and the atmosphere was warm and cozy. I enjoyed the dimmed and natural lighting, which wasn't overstimulating. We went on a Sunday morning about when they opened and found seating upstairs.

Great after party for our age group lol. Class 92 from different states gathered in this dainty, classic, unique, coffee place! No bar needed though they have great tasting coffees and smoothies, they have some beer drinks for those who want it. Love the corner spot we got. It’s like a native home structure to me. You order at the bar and find your own corner spot. The outdoor was cute too. Service was ok, expected self service standard. Hip cute coffee spot that closes late! 2am Saturday night. Parking sucks but that means it’s a popular spot. $5 parking across from the place.

I absolutely love Agora. As a student, this is a great spot to come study, read, and write, specially given the late open hours. This is also a good place to come have a conversation or enjoy good coffee or tea. Expect limited parking. Since this is a popular place, it is usually hard to find a place to sit. Consider the possibility that you may have to sit in a shared table or in the long bar tables next to others.
