Worth the Stop. Worth Going Back… Preferably When They’re Less Busy. 810 Billiards & Bowling in Houston is pretty much what you’d expect from an upscale entertainment venue in a major city. A good combination of bowling, billiards, food, drinks, and an energetic atmosphere. Overall, a solid experience, although a few things kept it from being a five-star visit. We stopped in on a Saturday evening and were able to get a bowling lane fairly quickly. The facility was clean, organized, and well-maintained. Everything worked properly, and the atmosphere was lively without feeling chaotic. Getting there was a bit of an adventure. The venue is located toward the top of the building, and navigating your way up feels almost like finding your way into the House of Blues. Not a major complaint, just something to anticipate. Where things fell short was food and service. First, let me be clear: the individual employees were excellent. There simply weren’t enough of them. From what I could tell, two servers were covering most of the bowling lanes and the tables on the elevated side of the room. That’s an enormous amount of ground to cover on a busy Saturday night. We saw our waitress when we first arrived, and she managed to return near the end of our visit. Unfortunately, our pizza took more than an hour to arrive. And frankly, it wasn’t worth the wait. The crust was thick, almost like a partially baked commercial crust, and the overall result was pretty ordinary. It was the kind of pizza you’d expect from somewhere that doesn’t really specialize in pizza. I’ve genuinely had better pizza from gas stations. Fortunately, the other food was considerably better. The Southwest egg rolls were among the best I’ve had anywhere, and I’d gladly order those again. The wings were reasonably seasoned and cooked, although the meat was a little tougher than I prefer. It’s a shame because the entertainment side of the business really delivers. The equipment works, the place looks good, and the atmosphere makes for an enjoyable evening. I would rate the food around four stars overall, largely because those egg rolls were outstanding. Service was closer to three, not because the employees weren’t trying, but because they were clearly stretched too thin. Four stars overall. The atmosphere and entertainment carry the experience, and the staff deserve credit for doing their best under difficult circumstances. I’d absolutely consider returning, but preferably during a less crowded period or when staffing is better matched to the crowd. Worth the Stop. Worth Going Back… Just Maybe Skip the Pizza.

The service is really bad. I went for a drink last night and had to go, so waited to close out my tab and the waitress took my card. Took a very long time so I went up to the bar and paid her cash to get my card back. I checked my credit card and was charged later that night even though I paid in cash. Seems like she pocketed the money and charged me again. If you are visiting houston, avoid this place

This was my first time being here and I had a great experience! Ms. Tonja was so helpful! She went above and beyond! Very patient and just over all made the whole experience great. The food & drinks were gooood lol & customer service was A+

Cleanliness was a bit subpar. Bowling shoes falling apart couches torn, once we got to our lane it was not working. Asked for a refund and there was claim that they couldn’t give us a conformation number or process it for 3-5 days, staff clearly doesn’t know how to use the POS System.

Had a great experience at 810 Entertainment! The staff was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. The whole place was clean and well maintained, including the restrooms, which I really appreciated. I also liked that they had a security guard inside it definitely added an extra sense of safety while enjoying the night. Great atmosphere and overall a really good experience. Would definitely come back!

We were put at a lane that wasn’t cleaned and had food and leftovers from the previous party. The place wasn’t even very busy. The food was bad, even the server said the kitchen may have rushed it. The beer was hot, the soda was flat, at some point a small fly got into my drink.The couches were falling apart and it was hot inside. Overall the place felt dirty and unkempt. The experience was bad from the start.

Nothing about the place and service but do not trust the hours of operation, leaving a review from the door at 12:00 when the place was supposed to be closed at 1:00 am.

I had the pleasure of being served by Tonja, and I have to say, the experience was fantastic. From the moment we sat down, Tonja was incredibly attentive, greeting us with a warm smile and offering helpful recommendations from the menu. The food came out quickly, and everything was served just as ordered.

TONJA is that girl! She greeted us before we even made it to our section and knew what section we were sitting at!! She provided top notch service she constantly kept our water cups full without having to ask. She took our order and brought out the drinks and food before blinking twice lol!! Definitely ask for her if you come to this location she will make you feel comfortable and give great service
