This was my first time at Urban Day Spa Copperfield and Elizabeth was AMAZING! I have had many, many massages in 68 years and she literally healed my back pain!!!! I did get a deep tissue massage which is not for the faint of heart. Elizabeth is very strong, but WOW I feel great!!!

Urban Day Spa is a fantastic retreat located in the same shipping center as Office Depot! The moment you enter, you're enveloped in a calming atmosphere that promotes relaxation. The staff is incredibly skilled and attentive, offering a range of services from deep tissue massages to luxurious facials. I recently enjoyed their Aqua package, which included a soothing bath, massage, and facial—pure bliss!The spa is well-maintained, and the prices are surprisingly affordable for the quality of service provided. If you're looking to unwind and rejuvenate, Urban Day Spa is definitely worth a visit! Highly recommend!

I visit this spa quite often, I always do my appointments with Claudia, she is very nice and professional, if you are looking for a really good massage I highly recommend her.

Been coming here for years! They had a slight price increase but still very reasonable for the service you get. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. I love getting the express package with spa bath to relax before my hour massage. The masseuse I use listens to all my needs. If you've never done a massage before know before you go that you have to speak up if you want more pressure, less pressure, no knuckles/elbows used etc. they have a check in sheet on what areas to avoid or which you want focused on. The front desk is really helpful. Any small issues I've had have been resolved the day of my appointment. I always recommend to friends and family.

Great massage as always wish they had heated blankets. But the quality and skill of my masseuses talent makes me be able to over look it. I always recommend a 90 min, if you can afford it. It takes 20-25 to really get relaxed. Going back for another 2hr massage.
