We went to The Escape Game on New Year's Eve at our 9-year-old's request for his birthday. We had never been to an escape room before and didn't know what to expect, but it was AWESOME! The team was very courteous and helpful. We picked Cosmic Chaos and it was a great adventure and puzzle; it was constructed very well and fun to navigate. To top it off, the staff MADE our son a custom birthday card with some amazing "cosmic" art and they all signed it. How thoughtful is that?! We can't wait to go back and try to escape another game! 5 Stars!

My little sisters and I wanted to give doing an escape room together a try and had an absolutely amazing time! The staff members that guided us through the two rooms we did, Rae and Orion we’re both so sweet and awesome at giving really helpful hints while keeping the fun challenging. The jokes and overall conversation and treatment we received from Rae really “Rae”-sed our expectations as first time escape room players and gave us so much encouragement to keep trying new things. We definitely look forward to trying The Escape Game’s other rooms at The Galleria with the incredible staff that works there!

As escape room enthusiasts we aren't easily blown away, but this place was so amazing it had us coming back for more! We did three rooms in two days, and all of them were fantastic. Our guide, Anthony was engaging and accommodating. Recommend arriving early because it is a bit hard to find in the mall (next to the ice rink on the first floor).

Went to The Escape Game with my girlfriend for a fun relaxing night out. Amethyst (our game master) and the rest of the team was super amazing and friendly!! Will definitely be making another visit in the near future.

Maggie was really helpful and friendly. She made our experience great, and our family especially the kids aged 10 and 9yo had a blast! We highly recommend this fun game to do with friends or family. Worth every penny!
