My daughter and I shared an experience at The Cookery for the Pasta Extravaganza and absolutely loved it! We learned several things from a classically trained chef and enjoyed meeting a few new people as well. Loved this experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is interested in learning or improving their culinary skills. It was a fun experience.

The Pasta Extravaganza class was so fun! Tiff and Josh were great, patient and they made pasta making and cooking feel so easy. Food was delicious and that olive oil ice cream with the red wine reduction? To die for. Definitely going to try out their other classes!

I was too busy learning and enjoying my food to take pictures. I did the India Tour. It was amazing!

I wanted to take notes while the chef was giving information. I'm so thankful to know that they will email me the recipe information the next day.
It was definitely HANDS ON! You'll definitely learn.

Came for the Italian trattoria class and it was amazing! chef Tiffany had an awesome energy and passion for teaching, cooking and made everything relatable and fun. We loved all the dishes we prepared , overall such a great time

Absolutely AMAZING!! Tiffany and Josh were great, fabulous, all of the above. We had a team building outing for our department and I can honestly say this is the most fun we’ve ever had as an outing, AND we learned so much in the process. The food was delicious. Can’t say enough how great this experience was. Would definitely recommend others to try this. Truly great. Thank you for such a great experience. Hope to be back soon!

My husband and I booked the Pasta Extravaganza class for our 1-year wedding anniversary. We happened to be the only students for this particular class, so we received some special attention from Chef Tiffany and Tasha. The class was supposedly 3 courses, but we felt that we received 5 courses as we had a salad, full plates of three types of DELICIOUS pasta, and then finished off the evening with an olive oil ice cream. Not to mention that our wine glasses were never empty for long! There is a large dining table for classes with multiple attendees to eat at and be social. I feel 100% confident in our pasta-making abilities now, which has been a bucket list item, and we can't wait to go back for regular date night with another menu. It was so nice to chat with Tiffany about her career and techniques.
