I feel terrible. I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet. I've been here for a wedding, a drag show, and most recently a Gala for a Non-Profit. The owners themselves are simply the best. And the team they have hired reflects that. Craig and his team went above and beyond for this most recent Gala, and I expected nothing less. It's always beautifully executed and pure elegance and class. So grateful for them.

BRAVO to the team at the Ballroom at Bayou Place for an unforgettable Bat Mitzvah party! We celebrated in Curtain Call, their intimate space, which was perfect for our 85 guests. The atmosphere was fantastic, featuring a great layout with a cool bar and VIP area ideal for photo booths and entertainment.

Craig Howard and his team were a joy to work with, elevating our vision and providing flexible options within our budget. Together with Kirksey Gregg, they brought our unique theme to life with creativity and attention to detail. Their professionalism allowed us to enjoy the celebration without any worries, and our guests raved about the delicious food served hot and fresh by a friendly staff.

The layout of Curtain Call worked exceptionally well, balancing space and intimacy. DJ Freddy B and his talented team created a high-energy night, seamlessly transitioning from dancing to games, the hora, and the montage. His impressive music mix and light show had everyone dancing the night away! Many guests told us it was the best Bat Mitzvah they’d ever attended, while first-timers to a Bat-Mitzvah beamed about how it was one of the funnest nights of their lives.

We felt an outpouring of love from everyone on this special team. Their commitment to excellence shone through every aspect of the event, exceeding our expectations and making my daughter's Bat Mitzvah a day we will cherish forever. We are incredibly lucky to have found Curtain Call and the Ballroom at Bayou Place team. THANK YOU for a legendary night of unforgettable memories!

Craig and his staff go above & beyond for their guests. They do amazing work, and their decor is outstanding. This is the place for a one-stop shop, turnkey event! Their valet, designers, bar staff, service staff and in-house AV/tech is a notch above the rest. Craig and his team helped our Charity fulfill our mission of supporting Veterans through their support and dedication. We are forever grateful.

We held our school's prom here and the owner/manager did a great job and was very accommodating. The decor and service they provided was top notch. I'd recommend this place to anyone needing a venue to host an event. The balconies provide great views of Houstons theater district.

Craig and his team are the easiest people to work with and will do anything to ensure your night is one that you'll never want to forget. The staff is helpful and the food is delicious. Kirksey Gregg produces the most amazing floral work you will ever see. You will not be disappointed!
