Honestly we loved them when we dined in a few months back but, today was a different story. We spent over $100 getting our food and we did a pick up. We drove about 30 mins there and 30 mins back, to come home to most of our food unfinished. My fiancés salad had the dressing, lettuce, & meat, none of the toppings for his salad. Our sea salt edamame was not salted. Then my chicken i ordered came with a side of rice, they asked what kind & then didn't put it in there. My fiance went back to get rice & it was just a terrible experience. Really unfortunate & things could've been handled better especially since he drove there twice, over 120 mins of driving. Ridiculous. Don't know if we will be back, but DEFINITELY DO NOT order pickup from here, they will give you your food half done.

Customer service is absolutely horrible while trying to achieve a online order. They never answer the phone, and if you do get through they immediately place you on a 10+ minute hold before even asking what you need

Great choice for lunch. The interior is intimate and beautiful, exactly as others have posted.
Food was just the right amount, we didn't leave hungry (though for some that might not be enough). Got a smoked black pepper sashimi and it tasted fresh. Try the garlic edamame. Also ordered their Japanese version of old fashioned, that did not disappoint. If you want it smoked, simply ask. Service was promt, and our waitress was very peasant. Thank you for such an enjoyable afternoon.

Ten Sushi offers an exceptional dining experience with its intimate, club-like atmosphere reminiscent of Asia. The beautiful decor, upbeat background music, and attentive service elevate the meal. The sushi is simply the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!
(From the appetizers the tempura shrimp wasn’t good)

Good ambience, good vibe and decent food!
The lady at reception messed up our reservation, told us that within 10 minutes the table will be ready but took an hour! Waited outside and that ruined our experience.
However our server was very nice, she made sure that we were taken good care. The food was nice. The quantity is decent. The drinks were good.
I liked their sushi - not the best but decent. Fried rice and noodles were good.
A little expensive and it more of a hype!

My husband took me out on a date here and it was so yummy and amazing!! Service was beyond outstanding. We sat at the bar and the Bar tender took excellent care of us. The food arrived on time, presentation was outstanding, taste of sushi was fresh and the hot food was delicious. I LOVED…LOVED the Lychee Rose cocktail.
I am about 1 hour and half away from this place but will make the drive next time is my date choice again, because for delicious food and exceptional service!! Hope y’all enjoy
