Came by shortly after opening on a weekday and it wasn’t busy at all. The service was great and the food came in a good amount of time. Got the French burger which came with fries and the dessert bread. The burger was pretty good - small in size but filling. The fries were pretty good as well - nice and crisp. The dessert was fine. It was flavorful and unique but I probably wouldn’t get it again.

The second time we came we got a bunch of other dishes and they were all fine but nothing special. The small plates are what you want to prioritize here - the cabbage, pancake, or mussels. Overall good spot but not the best in town

Came for brunch and enjoyed ourselves. Got the following dishes and I’d get them all again but the brioche French toast and mushroom hash are some of the best brunch dishes in town

I went and had lunch with my best friend; Bloody Mary, espresso martini, Terry’s Martini, and a red wine were savoured, along with the sourdough Turkish eggs and Dutch baby pancake. We left stuffed, satisfied, and ever so happy. Terry served us food and drinks, and made a meh Sunday into a fantastic afternoon. 10/10 recommend

We came back and were again blown away by a new dish they have: sourdough, Turkish eggs, herbed yogurt, avocado, chili crisp. Absolutely delicious and their service matches their wonderful food!
We were excited about having brunch at Squable and it didn't disappoint. We're biscuit aficionados 😊 and the buttermilk drop biscuits here are the best biscuits we've ever tasted. The Dutch baby pancake is another very unique item on the menu that we loved! Definitely recommend this restaurant for a delicious weekend brunch!

Nice little date night spot. Our waitress was excellent and on point with recommendations. We did 2 warm plates and 2 main dishes and a dessert, so full! 10/10 recommend the sweet potato, and the chocolate hazelnut desert 😋 the best
We also tried the meatballs, kinda mushy the flavor wasn’t great to us, the dumplings weren’t very good in our opinion either. The chicken was flavorful and the vegetable lasagna was delicious, kinda charred a bit much on edges. I had their root and thorn drink and it was light and tasty, not strong at all.

Brunch at Squable.
Squable is a cozy neighborhood restaurant that serves casual European food with American influences. Their food is delicious and unique, with creative twists on classic dishes. The carbonara was a little salty but still delicious. Food and drink presentation. 10/10. We will definitely go back when visiting Houston.

Cute little spot with patio seating . We went there for lunch and loved everything we ordered . They recommend sharing everything so that is what we did . For starters we had the sourdough Turkish egg ( forget what it was called exactly) , also had the lobster roll ( forgot to take a pic) and the carbonera pasta . All were delicious.
Incase you are wondering that juice for the mimosa is blood orange .

Tried this place for the first time today and really enjoyed it! Ordered the strawberry Dutch baby, carbonara and the Turkish eggs. Everything was so delicious! The Turkish eggs are very messy to eat but packed with flavor. The Dutch baby was probably my favorite of the three. Service was very good and I appreciated that they asked about food restrictions because I definitely have some. Atmosphere, a little dark. Can’t wait to come back and try more!
