Consistently a wonderful experience and incredible massage every time. I’m in town for Christmas every year and I make sure to visit this spa when I get the chance.

This was the best experience I’ve had at any spa! Elvia(pretty sure that was her name) did amazing on my massage I felt so relaxed and she relieved a lot of my tension and pain. The massage alone was a 20 out of 10 and made my whole experience. I didn’t get the names of the other staff members but they were all excellent. My nail tech took her time despite me being the last client of her day. I didn’t feel rushed and my mani and pedi came out great. There’s another nail tech I especially appreciated because he told the best jokes the entire time I was there. The spa was very clean and I can’t wait for my next visit! I also really appreciated that they gave a QR code you can scan on your way out so you don’t have to pay for parking. I highly recommend this place.

Great food. Everything is made fresh from the farm that they have behind the restaurant. The only thing is they don't have too many menu options.

One of the best spas in The Woodlands area in my opinion. I have been coming here for over 10+ years. Warm greeting every time, front desk ladies are the sweetest and most helpful. Plush robes for you to change into for your services, champagne, mimosa, wine, tea available during your service. All the stylist, manicurist, estheticians are great. The only thing I wish they had was sauna and whirlpool, that's the only thing missing for me. The sauna in the women's locker room was not there when I visited last time.

This is the second time my husband and I have gotten a couples massage at the Spa at the Waterway while visiting family and it is a must do in my opinion. They started with free mimosas and then took us into changing rooms where we could change into comfy robes before we were led to a small waiting room where we could relax and drink our mimosas until our masseuses were ready for us. Both our masseuses were wonderful. Checking in to make sure the pressure was comfortable and that the heated stones were not too hot. After the massage we were led to a small room with views of the Waterway where we could take time to relax with glasses of cool lemon water until we were ready to change and leave. Over all 10/10 experience. I would definitely recommend it.

If you’re looking for a wonderful spa experience, this is THE place!!! I had a massage by Elsa I believe was her name, facial by Lisa, and a blowout from Alberto! The receptionists Linda and I believe Robin were both fabulous, as well!
Everyone was very experienced and had fantastic customer service!
Thank you everyone for making this an experience to remember!!!!

I apologize I am bad with names!!! Everyone I encountered was wonderful… even the Valet!!!!
