In short: The food was so good at some point we thought the classical music playing in the restaurant was coming from our stomachs 🤣 Great options, flavorful fare, and attentive staff. Would absolutely return!
In long: We stopped in for the $35 Power Lunch which had 4-8 options for each of the three courses.
While we were trying to decide, someone comes over with this HUGE bread selection. We were in shock lol. It was very cool to pick our breads while we shopped the menu. I think we both would have preferred them fresh/warm, but we liked the selection overall.
For our meal, we chose with Lobster Bisque for the first course, Torchetti Pasta with Spicy Sausage in Vodka Sauce for the second, and Cheesecake for the third.
Okay, I’m gonna roll this in reverse because that cheesecake was the best I’ve ever had and I’m a big dessert person who pays attention to texture. It was literally amazing. Cloud-like consistency, not too dense and had an excellent balance of acidity. Dangerously good.
The Torchetti Pasta is an interesting design so it was different to chew, but was nicely cooked. The vodka sauce was yummy and the sausage was not too spicy. We like heat so could have done more, but I’m not complaining whatsoever. Would have liked larger, more noticeable sausage pieces, but the flavor was on point so my belly was happy.
The Lobster Bisque was the bomb. Light yet bold, went down so effortlessly. Could have had another bowl lol
Side note, the bathrooms were clean and the toilet paper was great! 😅
