My 19 year old son died this past October. I came in with his brother a few days before Christmas. We both cried as we smashed things to dust. Life isn’t fair and I know this in the worst way possible, but this seemed like an appropriate outlet. I think my son who is gone would’ve loved this place. We miss you so much Steven ❤️

So this was worth every penny. I smashed things for 15 minutes out of the 20 I paid for and while my body feels like it got hit by a truck, my mood is so dramatically improved it's insane. When they say "smash therapy" they go hard on the therapy part.
The employees were all so kind, patient, explained everything well, didn't interrupt, they helped me set up my music, made sure I had enough water. Even got me more glass to break. I brought my own printer too, but they have PLENTY for anyone else who's had to fight for their life over a sheet of paper and a deadline.

I mean, if I could give them more than five stars I really, truly would. If you've never shut yourself in a room wearing protective gear and just destroyed everything in it, you need to change that today. What a cathartic experience. 10/10

Kimberly was absolutely amazing and so helpful! This experience helped me get out so much anger definitely get the 30 minutes and HAVE A PLAYLIST PREPARED!!!

Taylor was absolutely the best. They told us where to get close toed shoes and when we got back the room was prepared when we got back. I had the best 20 minutes of my life should have done the 30 minutes! I will be coming back with a crew next time. Thank you for your wonderful staff.

The girl who explained everything to us was great. The place is small but I liked that, and this is seriously a work out! Be sure to wear thick pants and thick sleeves if you smash any glass! You can have music as loud as you want and they provide a Bluetooth speaker:)

We had a great time at Smash Therapy… what a unique and fulfilling concept! They have plenty of items to smash (tools provided as well.) The only downside is you must buy a jumpsuit if you don’t wear long sleeves and pants (I wasn’t thinking when I dressed for the occasion) and the rooms get REALLY REALLY hot, it’s definitely a workout. I felt like I was in a sauna when all was said and done. The staff were great and overall we had a fun experience. If you’ve got extra cash and frustrations, I’d definitely recommend.
