Gus from Royal Exotics was an absolute pleasure to work with, made sure I was aware of everything I needed to know before signing the rental agreement. When unforeseen circumstances arose with the vehicle that was booked he not only kept his promise but he over delivered. Would recommend 10/10

First, the quality and professionalism of the owners are exceptionally superior to what you would hope! From the business model to the execution, it is full-on luxury and class from beginning to end.
Secondly, they were extremely thorough in capacitating you to take on the responsibility of driving and caring for these exotic beauties so that you were at peace and could drive away feeling confident about the priceless experience upon which you were about to embark!!
Lastly, the Lambo was nothing short of NEW (and I chose a 2019 model!!)!! Absolutely IMPECCABLE. Also, I thought was an interesting detail to share is that they are not advertising all over the lambo. Just a license plate and that’s it! It’s YOURS!😎

Sam and AJ provide amazing customer service. He also provides rentals at much lower prices. Not only was the customer service amazing, but the vehicle was great too. I booked a BMW i8 and the second I got in I was amazed. This will be my go to rental service from now on.

First class treatment. Our luggage is not going to fit in the Lamborghini, so they offered to Uber our luggage to the hotel. Then, as we’re getting ready to pull out a Rolls-Royce pulls in and he allows us to switch vehicles. I would highly recommend this place to anybody who wants a quality car by a business who cares about customer service

Man let me tell y'all from the start to finish. My experience was amazing. Friendly staff, professional, and gave me exactly what I wanted plus some. Nothing short of amazing. And my chauffeur omggggg. The bomb he was so nice and personable and made us feel like royalty. This definitely capped off my daughter Prom. I recently had a staycation with my wife for our anniversary and we wanted to stay at the Post Oak hotel. I wanted to make this weekend extra special, so I thought about renting an exotic car so we could have a proper flex at the Post Oak valet and all the other upscale places we ended going to. I called around to different places looking for availability of a lambo. Found Royal Exotics of Houston to be one of the only ones with it available with only 2 days left before my weekend (total short notice). Man did I hit the jackpot by finding this gem of a place. They had an awesome orange huracan that I really wanted, but the kind and generous owner AJ (who answered my phone call) strongly recommended me to take their Mclaren 570S, which was at a cheaper rate, but told me this car is MUCH funner to drive. Through our brief conversations, he found out I was a car guy and would enjoy the beauty of the Mclaren. Boy did I NOT REGRET making the decision to go with the Mclaren. This thing was NOT stock at all. Wrapped turbo inlet pipes, exhaust, and downpipes, and this thing HAD to be tuned, also with the alcantera interior!. Stock shows 562 HP sitting on 3,300 lbs curb weight, but it HAD to be more than 700+ horsepower after I drove this thing. The turbos spool so freaking sweet and boy does this car have some get up. the car feels flatter and looks flatter then the huracan so you can imagine the handling it has. Also at higher speeds, amazing aero to keep it sucked to the ground, high speed meaning at the top speed you can go with the speed limit :) My wife absolutely enjoyed it and we felt like kings and queens everywhere we went. Imagine the attention this car was grabbing with the suicide doors, intimidating engine noise, and pure balling flex when you pull up at any place. The best part was working with AJ on this, he has great customer service and values his customers. I cant say the same for the other places I called, who kind of had their nose in the air for a first time exotic car renter like myself. AJ was very kind, understanding, and I all around felt he was genuine with wanting me to just enjoy my time and make my wife happy. I just felt welcomed with him. I cant thank him enough for steering me away from the huracan and going with the mclaren. That car is a car enthusiasts dream! trust me on this. Exhilarating for both my wife and I. AJ wasn't a stickler on exact times and was flexible with my pick up and return time to accommodate my staycation schedule with my wife. There was an accidental duplicate charge on my card, that they identified before I did and got it corrected within a day of my return. i give this place 6/5 stars. totally recommend it and I am going to recommend to all my friends. I will be coming back here anytime I want to have an extravagant weekend. Fellas.... if you are trying to make that perfect weekend for your lady....im telling you... this is HUGE icing on the cake. Call them up. You WILL NOT regret.
