    What makes it fun

Rise Soufflé is the place to be for the French culinary delicacy soufflés. The soufflés take center stage with their delicate airy texture and big, bold flavors. Rise has both sweet and savory soufflés as well as French appetizers (like French Onion Soup) and entrees (like Brie & Cornichon Baguette and Steak & Pomme de Terre). Step into Rise for the ultimate French culinary experience.

I spent a lot of time in France and I can say this is the closest to French food I've ever come to in Texas. I loved everything!! The Parisian sandwich transported me to France.

The Rise focuses on soufflés, although it has some other items. They offer complementary bread. The soufflés mostly look the same but have distinct flavors.
The kiddo had the Jambon & Gruyere, which he liked, but it was too big for him - I wish they had a half-size for the kids.
We had the Smoked Salmon and Southwest Chicken. They were both good.
For dessert, we asked for the Praline Pecan, and they accidentally made the Bread Pudding, so they gave us both. Both desserts were good, but the rum sauce from the Bread Pudding, OMG, was amazing! Obviously, the kid had only the whipping cream, which came with the pecan dessert, but we (adults) even put the rum sauce on that one.
The French Press is not worth having. It tastes like an Americano. I have had real French Press coffee, and that is not it. So skip this one.
Nontheless, I recommend going, but if you have kiddos, bring things for them since they don't coloring or little kits like some restaurants do. It does take a bit from order to the table, and small kids are not good at waiting, so be prepared.

This charming French bistro and wine bar is wonderful! We went there for our Day After Valentine's Day celebration. As advertised, the souffles were fantastic. We had the crabmeat and jambon and gruyere souffles. Bananas Foster souffle and creme Brule were perfect for dessert.

We had the pleasure of dining at this charming French restaurant, and it was an experience I won’t soon forget. The interior design is elegant and inviting, with a cozy atmosphere that makes it the perfect spot for a relaxing meal. Whether you're there for a casual dinner or a special occasion, the setting is just right.

One of the highlights was the variety of soufflés, as they put in the restaurant's name—they truly shine here. The raspberry soufflé is a sweet, light treat, while the salmon soufflé offers a savory, rich flavor that’s perfectly balanced. Both were delicious and showcased the chef's skill.

The wine selection was also impressive, offering a great range of options that pair wonderfully with the dishes. It complemented the meal perfectly and added to the overall dining experience.

If you're a fan of French cuisine, this place is a must-visit. The food, ambiance, and service all come together for a memorable meal. Highly recommend!

First time here. I have never been to a souffle restaurant. I didn't know what I was missing. Quiet, cozy and wonderful. Service was outstanding, and the food even better. More than just souffles on the menu, but with so many to choose from, you will find one you like. Light but filling. Felt like I was dining in Europe.

What a surprise this place was! The staff was super friendly, and our server was very knowledgeable, offering great recommendations since it was our first time there. We started with warm baguettes and butter. Then, we had the “marshmallow” soup, and each of us tried a different soufflé: crab meat and orange duck. For dessert, we got the raspberry soufflé and a crème brûlée. We also ordered a Cabernet, which paired perfectly with our dinner. We’ll definitely go back to try more from their menu!

This was our first time going to Rise, and we loved everything about it! We were seated quickly, and offered options of different places to sit. We chose the sunroom patio and our server, Rene appeared quickly. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with choices and descriptions. We had the marshmallow soup, the sun-dried tomato soufflé, and my husband had the ham and cheese soufflé.
It was just the right amount of food. The ambience was wonderful and the smell in the restaurant is heavenly. Will definitely be back and we're excited to see that there is a happy hour Monday through Friday from 3 to 6 PM! Also noted that there's a monthly cooking class to participate in – what a great gift idea!

Excellent restaurant, such a unique menu. We selected the price fix three course option. The marshmallow soup was very unique and delicious. Was worried about goat cheese as that can be string, but it was very light and fluffy like a marshmallow, mild flavor. Wife had the cauliflower soufflé while I had ham and cheese. Both were excellent. Desert, a key lime soufflé was out of this world delicious. Restaurant is nicely decorated and our waiter, Kyle, was fantastic. Definitely recommend and definitely will return!
