We enjoyed the bar. There were two seasonal cocktails that we tried as well as an amaretto rye sour. These are the best craft cocktails I’ve had in a long time. The whiskey bar is worth the trip

It is a hotel with a very pleasant location, the service is also good in terms of cleanliness, there is dust in some parts, although that does not bother at all, I think that for the price it should be better.

Had the pleasure of visiting The Reserve for a birthday celebration 🥳. The bartender Adam has a knack for recommendations that suit your taste, while Herbert brings a sense of fun and energy, making every drink feel like a special occasion. Both of them know the menu inside out and even have a few hidden gems up their sleeves if you’re in the mood for something unique. Their customer service is outstanding. Don’t forget to head to the “Black Swan” and show off your dance moves.

Recently celebrated a birthday there! We ate at birdie which was delicious and had good variety, satisfied both my husband and I! We then grabbed a drink at the whiskey reserve and it was such a vibe! Great ambiance, wonderful drinks, and excellent service by Adam and Hebert! They were very pleasant and made the best drinks! After we went down to the black swan where we did a lot of dancing and partying, overall a great night! Would definitely go again!

I host my birthday party here annually and I truly can’t rave enough about the staff, the hotel, The Black Swan and just everything all together! The bartenders at The Reserve Adam and Herbert always take amazing care of myself and all my guest, they make the most delicious drinks and are very attentive. Diana at the Black Swan is also TOP NOTCH! She’s amazing!! My friends can’t wait to celebrate and come stay at the Omni every year! Thanks to your entire staff for being so wonderful.

This was our first time staying at this Omni. We were welcomed with professionalism once we arrived by the parking staff. We did have a small issue with our room but was immediately upgraded to another room. All in all, excellent staff working the front desk! Kudos to you! We will be looking to staying here once again.
