The best part of the hotel are the people who work here that make you feel welcomed.
Karen at the bar makes phenomenal drinks and brings an energy of joy that is rarely seen. I definitely recommend stopping by the bar and enjoying a drink made by her!

My stay was fabulous. My mom booked this room for me as a graduation gift and it was truly one to remember. The convenience this property has to Downtown is great. As soon as you walk in luxury is felt all throughout the property. This is a great place to stay downtown if you want that upscale experience. I did want to mention the front desk staff was so helpful! Mario, Lisa, Zoe, and Michelle at the front desk collaborated to suggest some amazing restaurant and bars downtown in the close vicinity.

I was able to stay at the JW Marriott Houston Downtown during the summer and had a pleasant experience. The staff was very kind and welcoming. The hotel was clean and felt safe upon entry. Ivory Tate was able to assist us with questions we had. She also had great recommendations with restaurants to try and things to do in the area. Ms. Tate and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay easy and memorable at the JW Marriott Houston Downtown. I highly recommend staying here if ever you're in the area.

We had an amazing Stay checking in was super easy. The room was beautiful, and the location was perfect. Giselle was very helpful and make sure that we had an amazing experience at are stay. She had recommended awesome places to go eat, and some really cool, Scenery in the area ! Really helped getting around downtown 10/10 !!

Our stay was AMAZING! The location is great! The staff members are so well mannered! They made us feel like we were family! I’m definitely staying here again! I’d also like to note that we had an amazing young lady attend to us her name was Giselle, she was lovely!!

A Perfect Stay!
From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we felt at home. Our room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on.

The amenities were top-notch— a main kitchen bar that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, a spa where you can indulge in relaxing activities, lounge/bar area, a health club and so much more! Every detail seemed to be carefully thought out. We loved how intimate and relaxing the atmosphere was, making it the perfect getaway.

Thank you for making our stay unforgettable! We’ll absolutely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful experience.
