Pricila Q. is incredible! I needed some documents printed and ready for an arriving guest, and she helped me make sure we were able to get what I needed done in a short amount of time! She was such a pleasure to talk to, and was so professional. Cannot say enough good things about her!

We held our corporate conference here over 4 days. Easy access, great rooms, upper floors very quiet, facilities for both large and small meetings, and dining options (although the breakfast tacos at Willy's are my favorite). What made this visit superlative was the staff. Constantly attending to their guests in a friendly and professional manner. Hats off to Leobardo who clearly is an ambassador of the Hyatt brand. Thank you all.

My family stayed here for a wedding and we loved it. Great location downtown. It is located in a business district so it was actually pretty quiet and laid-back on the weekend. We played with our young daughter in the open courtyards around the hotel and walked to the public library when we had some time off. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Mel was great. She would check in on our daughter and ask her about how being a flower girl in the wedding was going. She gave her bubbles to play with and really made her feel welcomed. We would definitely stay again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Houston, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience!From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, with a stunning view of the city.The hotel's amenities were top-notch, including the fitness center, pool, and restaurants.What truly impressed me, however, was the hotel's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous, professional, and seemed genuinely invested in making my stay memorable.If you're looking for a luxurious and hassle-free stay in Houston, I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency. beautiful hotel well kept very clean and quiet great food options in the hotel but if you order let's say jimmy johns when it's delivered the staff will not attempt to notify you no, not even a little it will just go in the closet and they will continue about their day talking to each other looking at phones.the rest of my stay was perfect.the mini fridge will keep the food cool but nothing more. HVAC seems to be individually controlled which is very nice.

We stayed here for one night while in town for a marathon. The hotel was clean, with modern furnishings and a stylish look. Breakfast ends at 11, and even though we arrived at closing time after the marathon, they welcomed us in. Louis, who served us breakfast, was awesome and genuinely happy to help, which made the experience even better. We ate dinner in a lobby area bar and it was fresh and well prepared. We didn’t get a chance to try other amenities, but overall, it was a great stay.
