We had a great time here. Zaza does everything first class. Avoid all of the extra research and book here. I mean a full coffee bar on your floor outside the elevators, who does that? ZaZa does!

Neil the front desk guy was so kind and went above and beyond when we checked in as well as when we checked out. We had a late check in time and he made sure to deliver waters to our door and then he also went out of the hotel at 4:30am to help me with my luggage into the Uber and did it all with a huge smile and full of life energy! What an amazing employee!!! We had a great stay mostly bc of him!!

Absolutely loved it! I stayed for two nights! The front desk girls were amazing and very helpful! The Tipping Point food was great! Although the hostess Mia seemed like she didn’t want to be there. The valet team was very professional. Shiek and Xavier were very helpful and made me feel at home! Would definitely stay again.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel ZaZa Memorial City the night of my wedding, and it was nothing short of amazing! Upon arrival, we were delighted to find out that we had been upgraded to the Breathless Corner Suite on the highest floor—what a fantastic surprise! The room was gorgeous, with stunning views, a super comfortable bed, and an amazing shower that we didn’t want to leave.

A special shoutout to our butler, Walter, who made our stay even more memorable. He was incredibly friendly and attentive, bringing us a thoughtful cheese and fruit platter along with chocolate-dipped strawberries—a perfect treat to celebrate our special day.

The only small downside was the valet parking, which costs $46 per night. It seems to be the only option since nearby parking decks don’t allow hotel parking. That said, the valet service was efficient, and the overall experience more than made up for it.

If you’re looking for a luxurious and romantic stay, especially for a special occasion, I can’t recommend Hotel ZaZa Memorial City enough! We’ll definitely be back.

This was my first ZaZa experience and I enjoyed every moment. The front desk clerk, Sherell, was superb. Very pleasant and professional. The restaurant menu items were delicious. My favorite ZaZa pink lemondrop!! All the servers were wonderful!
A great staycation for a birthday celebration. Thank you all!!!

Outstanding hotel. Next door to one of our favorite restaurants and we never would have stayed here but for the hurricane. Large, beautiful rooms, each with their own personality. Very nice, patient, and accommodating staff. The fresh-brewed coffee on every floor is a very nice touch compared to finicky in-room machines or having to go downstairs to find it. Even the guests seemed friendlier there, a sign that folks are being well taken care of.
