Sat at a booth in the bar area. What a nice touch to start with a glass of complimentary prosecco. We had the crab hushpuppies, the Wimberley salad, the red fish with horseradish mashed potatoes and the crunchy pie. We were a little underwhelmed with the potatoes but everything else was DELICIOUS. I'm talking like every dish we were saying how amazing it was. By the end of the meal, we were already discussing when we could come back. And the wait staff was wonderful. What a great experience. Keep up the good work!

Quite the hidden gem nestled in an unassuming spot in the Museum District.

The dining room is beautiful and certainly sets the tone for a relaxed but refined meal. The food is prepared well (though a little wimpy when it comes to seasoning), and the service team is absolutely top-notch.

Too expensive for lunch unless you've got an expense account, but a nice spot for dinner after an afternoon in the museums. Also a great spot to ride out the worst of the evening commute if you work in the area like I do. If anyone shows up to Lucille's and can't get in because they're all booked up, this is a great alternative.

Side note: This is the only decent spot to grab a cup of coffee in a 5 block radius. They don't do all the fancy stuff, but are great for an afternoon pick-me-up without having to pay a $10 delivery fee to get Starbucks.

We chose to have my husband’s graduation dinner here. It was the perfect place in theory (very much our aesthetic) but also in practice. Everyone that served us was kind. We were greeted with complimentary champagne upon arrival made my husband feel extra special. (Our guests also received complimentary champagne.) I don’t know too much about champagne but I’m sure it was the “good stuff”. My husband had a French manhattan that was so smooth! They put us in the gallery area although we were okay with having a non private space. We truly appreciated that! Our party of 20+ including two toddlers and everyone enjoy the evening.

Cheryl, the event coordinator, made the process to plan for our event so simple. She had a quick response time and was always kind.

Granger’s has become a family favorite!

Beautiful,clean and whimsical setting-food and service were phenomenal. Prosecco was wonderful and dessert for my son who graduated from U of H the perfect way to celebrate! Will definitely be back!

To say your restaurant was great is an understatement. The atmosphere, the decor, the staff was all a bonus to the AMAZING FOOD!

OMG, IT WAS AWESOME!

We had the crab balls, salmon, and shrimp scampi.

We've been to countless fine restaurants... yours is our #1. My wife was impressed with how fresh the seafood was and compared it to the seafood we had in Alaska!

Thank you!! It was our anniversary and loved it!

My hubby decided to stop (of my birthday weekend) for happy hour before going to MFA, and what a pleasant surprise!
We were greeted with complimentary bubbly as we were seated in the “cocktail lounge” .
The decor was modern with a little traditional, plenty of space for a lively atmosphere, but also areas were cozy enough for an intimate experience.
The happy hour menu was minimal but did not disappoint in flavor or quality.
We ordered oysters (fantastic & fresh!), crab hush puppies (a must order, just the right crispness on the outside and not dry on the inside) & shrimp shooters (yummy ).
The cocktails..love, love, love! Beautifully presented.
And of course .. through conversation with “Jello” our server he found out it was my bday weekend & I was treated to a complimentary crème brûlée. Even after our filing meal it was a perfect end to our evening, not too sweet but sweet enough.
Our server “Jello” was incredible! Professional, welcoming & made our experience exceptional!
Grangers is a must try and ask for Jello for a wonderful experience!

Nice place in the museum district, very good option if you are visiting one of the nearby museums. The place is nice, good decoration, it has a patio that could be there in the fall or on a day with good weather.

Upon entering you are greeted with a glass of proseco by the house, this seems like an incredible detail to me.

The service started well but deteriorated as the night went on, I didn't understand why the restaurant wasn't busy at all.

The food was all incredible, we were a group of 6 and I basically tried everything.
Shrimps Scampi, Mussels with fries, chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and veggies. Also we get Oyster and Spinach And Artichoke and it was delicious. All the food was super good, good portions and good price.

First time here and I loved it! The service is a four out of five. Our waiter was great but some of our food took a while to come out and the restaurant wasn’t that busy for Monday. Either way the vibe was immaculate and the tunes were good! We loved the food. Below is our rating on what we ordered:

👍👍I visited this place twice in two days, and the service was quite different each time. On the first day, everything was perfect—quick and attentive service. However, on the second day, it was a completely different experience. We waited far too long for our dishes, and the waitstaff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than providing service. They also didn't seem very knowledgeable about the menu. It’s a shame to see such a drop in quality. Two thumbs up for the food only.
