All the servers were extremely nice here, especially Clifford. It was our favorite. Really nice. Really knowledgeable and the food was absolute quality so so good. Definitely coming back

Went back to Fleming because they called me and asked for a chance to correct the issues from my previous post. Let me start off by saying that the service was excellent. I had lobster and steak dinner that amazing. The lobster was by far the best I have eaten in a very long time, Houston. The banana Foster bread pudding is a delightful dessert that I plan to enjoy again very soon!! Thank you, Flemings, for caring enough to take care of my husband and I!!

Yes, the food was delicious. Yes, the atmosphere was elegant and romantic. But the most impressive part of our dining experience was the service. Tammy is hands down one of the best servers I’ve ever had! She never rushed us. She was knowledgeable about both the food and wine menus. She was punctual and accurate with our orders, and she has a great personality..cherry on top! Flemings has always been one of our go to date night spots, and now we’ll always ask for Tammy’s section!

We had dinner here for our wedding anniversary and everything was fantastic! The staff are so inviting and made the whole meal and experience amazing. The steak was delicious and cooked perfectly. Definitely recommend the chipotle mac as a side. Dessert was perfect and the cocktails were great as well. Brett Mac was the best server and so nice! Highly recommend this place

We had a wonderful night at Fleming’s Steakhouse. The bread was fresh with an amazing crust and soft center. They had a delicious sun dried tomato butter to pair it with. The dry aged ribeye was perfectly cooked with the crust bringing the whole taste together. I also ordered the Fillet Mignon that melted like butter in my mouth.

The sides of asparagus and lobster mashed potatoes were a perfect addition. I would also like to commend our waitress on making our night so wonderful but I have unfortunately forgotten her name.

My daughter and I spent the day at the Woodlands Mall and wanted a glass of wine before we headed home, so we stopped at Flemings and found a seat at the bar. It was just after 7p on a weeknight, and they weren’t too busy, so there was plenty of seating at the bar. The staff and service was just exceptional, throughout the entire evening. We only wanted a glass of wine, but ended up sharing a steak dinner. The Alpasion private selection is dark, deep red wine and compliments red meat well. The bread service was served with two kinds of butter, one with red wine, and the other I don’t remember, but both were tasty. Even better when the bread was warm. We ordered the 20 oz prime bone-in ribeye medium rare with bearnaise sauce. Oh my gosh, seriously one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Just melted in my mouth, perfectly cooked, delicious. We also ordered the seasonal cream corn and the lobster mashed potatoes. Creamed corn was wonderful – could taste the Texas sweet corn, the pecorino, and the habanero pepper (just a taste if you want it, don’t have to mix it if you don’t). The lobster mashed potatoes sounded a bit weird to us, and we thought about going with the lobster macaroni, but these were surprisingly good. Mashed potatoes, topped with a bit of lobster bisque and then chunks of fresh lobster. Delicious. We had a bit of a medical emergency and everyone was patient, attentive, and made sure we left safe and satisfied. Our first visit may have been happenstance, but our next will be completely intentional. Just a wonderful meal and great company.

The menu is impressive, with a variety of delicious sides like creamy mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus that perfectly complement the main dishes. The wine selection is extensive, and the staff is knowledgeable, helping you find the perfect pairing.

However, the reason for my four-star rating is that my steak was not cooked to the requested temperature. While the flavor was still excellent, it was disappointing that it wasn't prepared as I had ordered. The service was generally attentive, though this misstep did affect the overall experience.
