TL;DR: This is a delightfully hospitible Mom and Pop wine shop that offers informative and entertaining wine tastings and experiences... Started out as a guest now i work here. It's THAT good! If attending with a large group, consider ride share as parking lots in The Heights fill up fast
BLUF: This a wine tasting experience that meets you where you're at with regards to your preferences and knowledge of wine, and gives you insight to objective references that develop your understanding of wine in general, and why you like what you like (or don't like). All of this is done with exceptional service and consideration for guests. Take my review with a grain of salt (and a sip of wine), if you scroll all the way down to the first picture of the first review from Chef Alvin Schultz, you'll see me and my first time as a client with everywine.
I appreciate that my opinion is biased given that I've been working at everywine almost two years now and I was friends with the founders before I got here, however the 🍷tasting I attended (pre-employment) was so amazing and informative that I walked away with talking points and useful tips📝 that I still use frequently (TILL THIS DAY!!). Ryan gave us a useful, educational wine tasting/experience, and it was done in such a relaxed and elegantly charming way that it felt really fun for the whole group 🥂🍾🎉 and disarmed me of me preconceived notions about wine before I could even conceive them... Really great stuff.
After joining the wine bunch and attending other tastings, I loved the service and hospitality so much that i couldn't get enough of it so I joined the team to keep the good times rolling!! Working with a 👴🏼👵🏼Mom&Pop shop usually provides a warm and caring team dynamic, and sincerely, Ryan & Arielle really bring that in bunches(🍇). Our team is a family... and we all are dedicated to providing a wonderful guest experience to everyone that comes here to everywine with our superpowers of hospitality, knowledge, and good old fashioned charm😁.
