This is some of the best food we’ve had recently. The food is unique, fresh and so delicious. There is a good variety of dishes. The service was excellent. Emerald was a great server. She gave us just the right amount of attention without being at the table too often. She made good recommendations when asked. The atmosphere is relaxed, and quiet enough for conversation.

New favorite spot! We came in on 2/3 and literally came back on 2/4 because we loved it so much. The food, the location, Sebastian (our server) all 10 out of 10. We tried the coxinha croquetas, baked goat cheese, guacamole and choriqueso, steak a la plancha, albondigas, shrimp al ajillo, aguachile de camaron, sopa de frijoles, as well as a few cocktails and not a single thing disappointed. I’m already looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu!

Victor was amazing! Very knowledgeable of the menu. He suggested the meatball lollipops and pasta fideo-made spicy! My palette was awaken! So good! I really appreciated the great customer service. I will be back! The drinks were awesome too-try the Fresseco!

Kaitlyn took exceptional care of us. Start to finish was impeccable. My husband is a regional culinary director for pappas. We are weirdos and particular. The food was great. The vibe was great. The service was world class. We will be back again and again.

My husband and I booked a reservation for our anniversary. We had never visited but wanted to try something new.

We were there for a super late lunch/ early dinner. From the moment we arrived we enjoyed every moment!

We chose an outside table- because we were celebrating an anniversary they had a little vase with a flower and complimentary bubbly for us.

We asked our waiter ( Victor) for recommendations, and they were all great.

We had the mussels, my husband whose never had them raved about how delicious they were. Whatever sauce they add should be bottled and sold. ;) We also had the ceviche, and charcuterie board. I also had a hibiscus adult flavored drink.

We loved the experience so much, we went back for dinner later that week. Where we tried some of the meat skewers, the ceviche trio and the mussels again.

This place is definitely worth going to for a nice casual evening date or even a girl date with some friends.

Shannon could not have been more friendly and helpful and just a great person. Staff was very good and accommodating. Food was terrific and very tasty. Sitting outside on a beautiful day this restaurant was a real treat! Highly recommend to you! Oh! My partner said the muscles were top notch! Mike Ames

Our family went to Copa for a family reunion lunch. We were extremely impressed with the service, quality of tapas, and overall excellence we experienced. Chef Shannon visited our table and felt like part of the family. Victor’s table service and knowledge was impeccable. My family had a five-star experience!

My boyfriend and I went here last weekend and we had the best time. Leo made us feel like home and the ambiance was amazing. Everything we had was delicious and authentic. I will definitely come back! I recommend the mussels, mushrooms, and baked goat cheese. Also the Caesar salad is the best one I’ve ever had. You need to try COPA!!
