I went with a group the beginning of January and just now got my pottery, there is a huge lack of communication. It took them multiple times to re glaze it and because they did do it multiple times they left the dust from sanding it on the plate and glazed it with it. so now my plate permanently looks dirty. Definitely not worth the $48 or the hour drive.

I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with the experience I had with this company. I paid extra to have my plate rushed, expecting a faster and smoother process. Instead, I waited over a month with absolutely no communication from them. After repeatedly calling and getting the runaround, I was finally able to speak with Santi, who was the only person who made an effort to help. They informed me they would look for my order, eventually found it and I was told I could pick it up.

When I arrived on Sunday, the lady at the front desk was completely inattentive. She prioritized helping others who arrived AFTER me and then asked if I could do a favor for her, and go look for my order myself in the rack thats in the back because she appeared too busy to assist me. This was unprofessional and unacceptable.

When I couldn’t locate my order, I asked for help again. She told me to wait while continuing to assist others. After waiting what felt like forever, I went back to check again and finally found my plate in a bag, shoved near trash to the side in a room they have, which seemed like an employee only section. I was appalled and angry.

After all this, I still had to pay for the service I originally rushed and was neglected throughout the entire process. This experience was disrespectful, unorganized, and unacceptable. I do not recommend this company to anyone, and I will not be returning.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Have been waiting over a month to receive an order that I payed extra to be “rushed.”

Update: went to pick up my order. They couldn’t even help me, they made me go look for my order in the back.

Color me mine was fun and worth the cost! We booked a party room which was fun to enjoy as a family. Staff were friendly, hard to find parking though. 9/10 experience! Note, you have to wait about 1-2 weeks for your pieces to be cooked and ready for pick up. Pieces cooked pictures are included in this review!

Let's go, why not bring the little ones along and have an absolute blast with these incredible activities? Believe me, they're going to have an absolute ball exploring their imaginations with all these vibrant colors. Seriously, you just need to give it a try. I guarantee you, you won't be let down! The owner is such a sweetheart, always ensuring everyone's having a fantastic time and taking care of any concerns. It's definitely worth checking out for the little ones!
