Customer service was meh as soon as we walked in nobody acknowledged us we didn't know if we would be assigned a waiter or not so we asked and the lady was like "ugh this is a fast food restaurant" so that was kinda rude then the lady taking our order was also kinda rude. Also it was kinda smaller in person was also kinda dirty food was also alright it's affordable tho and the carvel ice cream gross in my opinion but I would go back tho also the fountain drinks were really good.

Food was okay, burger tasted good but the fries (sweet potato) were a little bland, but the saltiness of the burger made up for it (kinda). Chocolate shake was good though, I really enjoyed it!

Customer service was a big downside for me. When we got in there was no line and I asked to order a picture on the menu (I couldn’t tell if it was a normal shake or a specialty one) and was completely ignored - cashier was having a side conversation with the other before getting back to me.

I asked to get lettuce and tomato added to the kids burger which they would not modify so we had to get the adult burger which also needed the lettuce and tomato to be added extra - which is fine but it was too much to eat at once, I didn’t realize it was a double patty. It was the attitude though which really made this fun vibey looking restaurant feel a little dystopian.

The food was 10/10 the corn dogs were fair sized with a good crunch to each bite. The Oreo sundae was also a favorite of mine as it had just the perfect amount of Oreo cookies inside. The environment was clean despite the tons of people rotating the area whereas other places would not have been as clean, I was very impressed with the food, the environment, and the staff. Will be visiting again.

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday here and it did not disappoint! It was super cute outside & inside. We got a ton of IG worthy pics. The buttermilk chicken sandwich, patty melt, fries & sweet potato fries were delicious. My daughter & I had the Big Red float and it was super yummy. The soft serve is the real deal and creamier than you can imagine. The store was really clean and the staff was nice.

Loved this place! We stopped in with Josh's parents on the way to the airport & it was a highlight of the entire Thanksgiving weekend. The staff were all super friendly, the food was great, and the decor was amazing: we had a ball watching all the younger (and older) girls making tic-tocs and videos in the disco-ball room. This is a place for the whole family; a delight for children and adults.
